The glaring evidence of bad leadership by Hope Uzodinma is everywhere to see in Owerri Municipality. The potholes on unmaintained roads are degenerating into craters which form avoidable death-traps for unsuspecting motorists and road users. What a shame for a state that begot Abia and part of Ebonyi States. The governor and local government administrators should up their games and do better. Other states are leaving our dear Owerri behind.
