- We're going to make Thai iced tea(Cha Yen). The recipe I'm going to show you today is absolutely authentic thai iced tea in Bangkok Thailand street food. It is a popular in Thailand and today I also show you how to make another easy drink as well.
It is lime tea ( Cha ma naow)
Ingredients
4 tbsp Thai tea
100ml Condensed milk
150ml Evaporated milk
3 tbsp Sugar
A pinch Salt
250ml Hot water
lime tea ( Cha ma naow)
3 tbsp Sugar
1-2tbsp Lime juice
175ml Hot water

Second, is there any difference between soak the tea into hot water and boil together the tea? Which one is more aromatic and flavourful?
Both of way can provide aromatic scent but if want to boil the tea. I recommend you turn to high heat bring water to a boil and then add the tea in, cover the lid, then turn to low heat, leave it for 10-15 minutes, after that filter it, then you're ready to go.
