Hi Rachel! I’m working with my golden, Hazel, to take the therapy dog exam this fall. Any tips on teaching “Leave it”? That’s what she is struggling with the most. Thank you 😊 I love your videos!!

I hope Hazel is doing a great job! Just start small, have them leave a for 2 seconds at first and step on it if you have to, then work your way up to 5 seconds, 10 seconds, etc! Thanks so much for watching!
