    Love the final result I'm going to attempt this in the future. Going around the curved part of the sink was intimidating but you made it very clear how to do it.

    This looks sooo good! You need to tell everyone that you can hook up their bathroom for a low price and make some money of this talent! I am OCD, that bathroom would have never gotten done by my hands! 😭💀

    So where did you put the silicone? No instructions on that? Thanks

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  3 года назад +2

      We ended up not using the silicone, however, it can be applied like caulking around the sink to prevent any water from leaking under the contact paper over time. We never had a problem with this, though!

    That paper looks super sturdy and I love the gloss! Did I hear you paid about $20 per roll?

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  3 года назад

      It's extremely sturdy! Correct, $21.99 per roll!

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  3 года назад

      It is waterproof, not sure if it's fireproof - I would guess not!

    I didnt know you can place it ontop of each other ive been in my bathroom 3days trying not to put on top and ugh this way is so much easier...Also advice to others ..never use solids.always a pattern...its so hard with solids

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  2 года назад +1

      AGREED! Don't use a solid! Patterns allow more room for error!

    my contact paper’s backing would not come off smoothly, it would tear or not come off at all…

    You can see the line from the overlap of the backsplash part. That would drive me nuts

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  3 года назад

      Yes, we used scrap paper left over from the kitchen to complete the bathroom so some of the pieces were not large enough!

      It's definitely a tedious task, but a great DIY option if you have the patience!
