Sorry about the bugs, you're exactly right that with the peace treaty I forgot to update it to work with the orc faction (also the UI with the unlocked cards at the end is fixed now!). I feel the easiest way to make things bigger is move the Enemy Stats at the top to the right so you can make the Main Board bigger and more readable. But there might be a reason to have it at the top I’ve yet to see in the vid
Maybe a little tooltip on the abilities to say when they can be activated might be nice, but fitting more text seems like it could get messy. You could have like a whole 'Phase' System. 'Start of Battle', 'Formation (Swapping)', 'Bribery', and Resolution, or at least something along those lines. That way, Berserk could be used during the Bribery phase, and Reroute could be during the Formation Phase, but before the Bribery Phase. You can move onto the next phase by hitting a button, just place it where the current 'Accept' is after you move units, or even slightly below that.

the art style of the cards is super unique! it looks like ink prints from linoleum, not sure i've seen someone do that before

This game is super hard and massive credit for making it look so easy. I've only managed to get to Fatal Army so far

I wouldn't mind seeing more of this game.
I think the Orc 3 cost ability is only usable after attack is calculated and you have the option to bribe
They should have made the UI a-lot bigger for the actual play mat, but seems interesting
make the cards wider into squares instead of cards would solve the squished feel without changing balance
