It is always a disappointment when a beautiful home is not made 100% ready for sale. Why sellers do not take few minutes to schedule a light power washing of the entrance. The algae/mildew buildup directly at the front entrance is such a distraction. Otherwise, this is a beautiful home. A bit too far south for us, good there are plenty of people wanting this area.
