What If Tony Stark Was Evil?
What If events had unfolded differently in the MCU timeline? What If In another universe Tony Stark or AKA Iron Man had taken a different path when he became Iron Man. What If Iron Man became evil and Tony Stark Sought out more power for himself and Stark Industries. In today's long-awaited request I will take you into a brand new Marvel's What If where we see a new outcome unfold with not only Tony Stark becoming evil but actually fighting The Avengers.
I really wanted to do this MCU fanfic for a while and after seeing the turnout on it I wanted to maybe make a bigger version of this going forward but I also wanted to show you how this universe can shape one character choice and another path rather than the original one. We can see how Iron Man is a main character within the MCU like In Avengers Infinity War and Endgame. If Tony Stark was evil in the MCU how would Thanos and his quest for the Infinity Stones be?

Like Venom showed up right after May gets murdered ( The Symboit not Eddie and Venom him self ) and it attached to Spiderman but because of Peter's grief and anger he did not become Black Suit Spiderman or even Venom he became Poison.

Maybe in "What if Iron Man was in Spider-Man: No Way Home", Peter will ask everyone in the world to forget him except for Tony Stark because he was his mentor and has a lot of trust to him. And by that, maybe Peter and Tony will be a hero duo but some time later, Tony becomes evil because reference to "Superior Iron Man" and betrays Peter

What If Kratos Was in The MCU?
I suppose you can’t really say this is an evil timeline because if Tony Stark wanted peace still that means his intentions were still good and it wasn’t like he wanted to destroy half of the population like Thanos or destroy the universe like Ultron and he basically only hurt bad people. The old Stark would of not hurt bad people but there’s still some marvel hero’s that hurt bad people like wolverine and venom.
Hurting bad people doesn't make someone good. He doesn't even think about the consequences of his other, more unnecessary actions. Thanos and Tony are quite famous for being similar in personality and past, with the difference being that Thanos had knowledge of the state of the universe for decades.

Yes people should be given the opportunity to live and learn from their mistakes to better themselves, and yes this version of Iron Man does not see this but this perception does not mean he’s bad and just makes him more of an anti-hero rather than a villain which is a hero that does bad actions trying to do good.
I suppose you could say the same about Thanos I guess because his intentions is to stop massive famines. His idea is however far more reckless because innocent people that have done nothing wrong are suffering, Tony only hurts those that have done harm so no innocence suffer. Does not make him good but it doesn’t make him bad either.

"What If... Ultron was _never_ created?"
Taking views from issue 34, it features Tony finding the stress of running Stark Enterprises overwhelming that he decides to forgo the idea to make Ultron, thus preventing the Civil War from existing in the process (and rightfully so. Heroes fighting heroes, what a stupid idea!). He eventually finds relief from eating and refuses to exercise while getting fatter as the episode goes on. It eventually comes to a head that Tony struggles to fit in his armour and resorts to using the freaking *Hulkbuster* just to get around places.

Tony Stark was always a dark character in a sequence of events, he just needed a "push" as it were. I love the concept behind "Superior Iron Man". So many possibilities.
