I'm definitely thankful for The Lord continuing to be there for me whenever I need him and loving me unconditionally day and night. Because of Jesus, I get stronger during my bad days than I do on my good days. This is what teaches me to never take the good for granted and always get back up, no matter how many times life knocks me down.

ME! When I retired from work, my so called friends abandoned me. Lord only knows why. And last year, my wonderful wife died after 43 years of marriage. But Jesus has been there for me all the way!!! Praise the Lord!!! He keeps me strong.
God Bless you in Jesus Name. Excellent advice. I had a cold & i was struggling to breath. So I've done all these things & it has helped me immensely: slept with 3 pillows, increased my water intake, sipped a cup of warm salt water through out the day, inhaled a steam pot of eucalyptus oil over the stove intermittently throughout the day, rubbed vicks menthol under my feet. And of course asked Jesus for His help to take care of me. I'm feeling much better & lighter in the chest. Bless you for your channel.

I recently returned from major Neurosurgery Dr. Mandel and I felt I simply had to leave a comment to tell you how much I valued all the information you have imparted to us all. I am subscribed to a lot of doctors being medically trained myself, preferring holistic if at all possible. Whenever I’ve had throat mucus from cold/sinus I always drink hot water with lemon, ginger, garlic and a lil cayenne pepper. Works wonders! Along with gargling with salt water and peroxide

@@froglobster I never measured, I just put maybe a few cups of warm water, a few squeezes of lemon, a clove of garlic, some sprinkles of cayenne pepper. And a small capful of peroxide gargle with that.

PERFECT timing! I love you Dr Mandell! I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have taken so much of your advice myself. Your suggestions of foods and supplements has caused healing in my body on issues related to chemotherapy I had 2 years ago. Nothing helped til I started listening to you and Dr Berg. Now my chemo-induced neuropathy is almost gone as well as other issues.
Many of my patients are suffering from viral respiratory infections. They want antibiotics but of course that won’t help a virus and I always offer alternative treatments. This video is perfect and brief enough that I can play it for my patients while I’m documenting their visit!

I love the tea made with thyme for mucus. Can't believe how quickly it worked. Very happy to hear you talking about essential oils. Just make sure they are good pure ones and not chemicals that taste like whatever they say they are.
Amen, Brother! Sleep truly is when your body shuts down other body functions & devotes the majority of energy to healing the body’s wear & tear from the day. Of course,when we are ill, we need to give the body all the help we can to repair & heal. I was curious about this thyme/ginger tea. I like all the ingredients, but wasn’t sure if I’d like them together. It was delicious, and my nasal passages started opening up in just a few minutes. Dr Mandell. Ty kindly. I had another MRI yesterday of my brain. The top of my head feels as if its being pounded on. Ive had 7 surgeries sinus over the years. 3 rhinoplasty to repair my nose. They went through my nose. Deviated septum Shared this w/you before. I had a large growth in my spenoid sinuses. Im having that same god awlful pounding. Eye & temper pain. Please pray 4 me yall. The headaches are excruciating

I got rid.of.my breathing problems just by praying and I drank 1 cup of thyme just plain thyme before bed and I would breathe in frankincense and I would rub it on my neck and chest and on back of neck and also on back. 1 month later it's all gone. Praise the Lord. No more sinus or breathing problems. GB Everyone

All that you are saying is true. A half of a squeezed lemon in room temperature water always works for me. Hydration is very important.
I love thyme either fresh or the essential oil.
