The style is gyaru! It originated from Japan I believe and it's made to defy the Beauty standards there for example they want the girls to have pale skin and dark hair but Gyarus often have tan skin and blonde hair! It's all about self expression and being confident you can look into the different substyles if you'd like! Gyaru isn't limited by colors or styles the makeup stays very similar but the clothes can range from dark and black to pink and frilly!
