You have forget to install the Water damage protect. and forget to programming the display and the Taptic engine. and forget to programming the Battery.

as @numxxn72 said even if he added a waterproof sealing gasket and the speaker + buttons seals it wouldn't have been 100% waterproof since it isn't factory sealed plus parts not being OEM. Have a nice day/night :D Cheers!
