I'm so hyped for this. I love how they're incorporating so many elements from the John Wick franchise...casting, cinematography, even the expertly choreographed fight scenes.

I think it will actually enrich the john Wick brand. It's a female lead film that actually takes the time to build their character rather than having her be awesome or embody male qualities
@@holdmydualshock Yup and I am a huge fan of the John Wick films and hopefully if Ballerina does well, it might get a sequel depending on the direction the movie will go.

i cannot wait for this movie Ana De Armas is freaking stunning and great actress, R.I.P to the Late and great Lance Reddick and i believe it's set somewhere in the events of the 3rd John Wick movie because that was john going to request passage to Casa Blanca to visit Sofia (Halle Berry)
This looks really good. Good enough to possibly bring me back to modern entertainment. Hopefully it will be less than 2 hours long. On a side note, I don't remember exactly how I came across your channel, but I am glad I did. Your taste in shows and movies align mostly with mine and finding critics you can trust is difficult these days. Thank you!😀
She needs to be different to John Wick, make her too alike you have the highly probable outcome of her overshadowing him. She needs to get hurt, battered, bruised as Wick did, none of the taking on people twice their size but not getting a scratch. Having John Wick in this could be good (if done well) as a mentor but Wick would be in his prime here so having her beat him would sour it I think. Happy for a spin off, like Ana De Armas and love the world of John Wick so have hopes.
