The dude bro militia is not that funny. I like James Gunn but Guardians had me emotionally invested, Suicide Squad eh because it was mess but ok movie, love the story with Rick flag and Peacemaker. Didn’t see peacemaker show. Now this show I feel nothing for the characters. Also why are they even more unorganized than the Suicide Squad. Flag sr doesn’t seem cool or a proper leader.

im not watching anything thats not cinematic in dc movies in theaters. crappy cgi in flash and aquaman 2 kept people away. they lost da plot with joker 2 and suicide squad 21 was a one and done and def shouldn;t be the tone for dc. ayer did a better job with seriousness of the ip. guardians trilogy was far from flawless and nowhere near the highlight of marvel cinematic. the violence in the clips u showed of CC seems overdone

the adult actors just about compensate for the god awful child actors in harry potter. i stopped going to the cinema to see the HP films after the 2nd one. can't wait for the new tv series if it has better young actors and more from the books.

The Creature Commandos season is a generic piece of work with juvenile humor and adult oriented scenes which is a total bastardization of what the DC brand truly represents. I'm giving it a 2.5 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐

The thing that no one is saying: EVERYONE wanting to actually be faithful to a franchise or an IP, Henry might be showing you how to get it done. In other words, you either stand on business or say "f it I'm out good luck". Or maybe that just (finally) works with Henry. 😆

I'm not hearing an actual good reason as to why CC is awful or what these are "worrying signs for the DCU" other than you don't James Gunn style or the fact the show made fun of alt-right neckbeards. And another thing I don't buy anyone would be confused by canon, especially considering DC films and shows like James Gunn's Suicide Squad and Peacemaker was loosely connected to the past DCU canon which makes it easier to keep the events from Gunn's SS and Peacemaker canon. It's not that confusing, it's like people are just making up reasons to reject Gunn's DCU either because they don't like Gunn's style of filmmaking, or they don't like his politics.

James Gunn has said some things about his opinion on cannon. Fans would be happy if they have a good story. Superman and Lois was good. I also liked Stargirl. As for selling WB or DC, that's an admission of defeat and I don't know if they can do that.

Wish Lanterns had been the start of the DC

While I 100% agree that Lanterns should have been the first thing to come out for the DCU, I will say that CC is a good watch and I am kinda glad it's the first thing for the DCU and animated because that's always been DCs strongest area. Seeing Gunn continue his normal schtick is the most annoying part of the show. But great video! Had fun hearing everyone's thoughts on this one.

Am not much of a James Gunn fan I have only liked the suicide squad everything else he’s made is very mid or just outright bad so I have very little faith in this dcu thing he’s doing

Nothing in particular to this show is even comic accurate. Heck, not every project that's been coming out of these studios since 2013's Iron Man 3 has ever been properly comic accurate and these people charge of the movie industry are just plain irresponsible for their meddling.

This DC universe will flop harder.

This show was never going to be clean and properly executed. It's a mess of too much comedy, too much bizarre stuff going on in the show, and certainly not popular enough to kickstart a major franchise.

I still think that Amazon and Games Workshop will find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Games Workshop likes to mess with the franchise in as negative way as possible. (Cough ~Astartes~ cough) Cavil has a history of getting screwed over. Amazon. . . made Rings of Power. I'm not getting excited until I actually see an episode or movie.

As much as this excites me, my trust in GW is destroyed since they caved into Amazon which they 100% did as well as changed the direction of quite a few storylines and lore as I am a massive fan of the novels. HC will do a great job but only on the limited number of projects he has control over. Given the size and scope that is planned, HC can't be everywhere and on every project. They could take the easy win and make money from all GW fans as well as all HC fans and R18 movie fans as well but you KNOW they can't do that. They will still 100% get their DEI quotas in. Please remember that Amazon is DESPARATE to be accepted as a major studio and that means winning awards. In order to do that you need to meet the award standards which themselves have been filled to the brim with this DEI BS. Thats means they want their cake and eat it. That means they want money from blackrock, vanguard and other companies, they want to win awards, they want the clout of being accepted as a major studio and they want box office hits. What they refuse to understand is this is incredibly hard to do as box office tends to TAKE a hit when catering to all this crap.

I have been worried that Amazon would do what they did to LOTR and screw it up with all DEI BS that have come to expect but absolutely don't want! I am super excited to see a genuine fan such as Cavill taking charge and leading this!

I never heard of Warhammer or what’s the character really bout but pretty sure Henry Cavill will do amazing job anyway watching people play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle looks amazing the villain is the Actor played Classic Film Candyman the guy playing Indy sounds just like him
