I think Yeti Chomper is kinda underrated. The ice mechanics works wonders for Yeti - it slows down zombies and even freezes them in place to be swallowed. That mechanic, along with the additional range he has compared to other Chompers, also means he's the best user of Chomp Cannon. Freezing projectile + Chomp Cannon allows him to challenge zombies that have simply hid away to a higher location. It's far from the best option against that strategy, but it's better than what most other Chompers have (which is usually nothing). I think Artic Belch tends to confuse people - Yeti Chomper isn't a character that excels at range. You still need to play him like any other Chomper. The projectile and its properties simply allows Yeti Chomper to have a bit more utility compared to most other Chompers. I don't think Yeti is amazing, but I at least think he is amongst the better Chompers in the game - I'd personally rank him alongside where the likes of where Chomp Thing was placed.
if iron chomper had unique abilities like a shield instead of burrow i feel like he would be amazing. make him into a proper front line tank and he would be a MONSTER. i love playing him like a tank character where you move with a death ball of people it’s so much fun i just wish he was designed more for this playstyle.

I remember the electric sunflower was so broken because I believe it is the only electric class with an automatic weapon, so the chain damage was happening super fast. Popcap did nerf the chain damage because of this. Prior to the nerf the electric sunflower was probably the best class for garden ops. Fighting 20 brown coats was just as easy as fighting 5 brown coats.
I can shred vampire flowers with practically any character. In a 1v1, she almost always can't outheal and/or do enough damage to kill the opponent before they kill her.
Its funny how much it differs from those "Top 5 x" videos on gw2 ages ago. Characters like druid rose where top teir on those, and ice and fire was ranked really bad, and scallywag was said to have the best mech.

I think lil drake is super underrated The primary can be absolutely devastating to smaller lobbies, and when you are in a group, he is probably gonna be the one to get the most vanquishes due to the insane dps and fire dmg, and his mech's primary is pretty decent with dealing about 13 dmg a hit and decent fire damage, the fire rate of this imp is quite good, and as a lil bonus, the mech can multi jump twice, not very far but its a cool little gimmick.

Bit late to the party, but i can still give an answer for the sake of longevity: It's because of both his gimmick (super fast regen) and his spray primary (that when mashed does some nutty dps) are WAYYY better than both Armored and Hot Rods gimmicks, which ironically enough suffer from the exact same issue of their gimmick's payoff not giving high enough of a reward to offset the character's drawback, e.g: Toxic Citron having extremely low DPS and damage values in exchange for lots of DOTs in a large radius, which when compared to Chomp Thing's ability to weave in and out of fights, which basically makes you an inmmortal vanquish machine if you go full regen upgrades, while still having decent damage up close (and Goop, best ability in the entire game by a long shot) more than offsets his -15 hitpoints, but even with all of that he's not close to being the best chomper variant just because the other spray chompers (and Twilight/Unicorn) have much more going for them than the rest, but he surely stands out from the rest overall

I use to be the GOAT in PvZ GW1 2014 game when it came to me playing as the Super Commando zombie. The Super Commando is arguably one of the strongest characters in GW in my opinion. The character is still fun to play with but there’s one major problem with the character, in the GW2 game he shoots 3 bullets but in the GW1 game he shoots 4 bullets. Pop cap needs to fix that character’s weapon by changing it to a Z4-Crossbow instead of Z3-Crossbow
A Tier should definitely be split up into 2 separate tiers. It has way too many characters in it. Other than that and the complete chomper disrespect, list seems good.

Ngl I think Tank Commander is SS tier, he’s basically the opposite of Camo imo and just does so much damage up close. You are never going to be sniping with him, and he is always in the action and can clear out crowds quickly. I think this list underrates him quite a bit

You actually have the best tier list in the entire game, I’m not joking. I can tell you have a LOT of experience in this game, a lot of people are clowing on you but they don’t realize you’re talking about the PC version. Most people are playing the console version where aiming is significantly worse, so when you’re able to use a mouse and keyboard to fully utilize the absolute power of all these characters you’re able to fully realize how good most of these characters actually are. For those who said to normalize only S tier, they don’t understand that most of the cast in GW2 is good since the time to kill and the abilities of a lot of characters are fantastic. The only real way to fully express the amazing viability of these characters (extremely good ones btw) is to make tiers like SS and SSS. Also, bear in mind that tier lists before they got popular utilized tiers like SS (smash bros brawl put Meta Knight in SS tier over a decade ago). From the many years I’ve played GW1 and GW2, this is the most accurate tier list that I’ve seen for GW2 and people gotta stop clowing on this list.

I honestly think there is atleast one F tier character in Garden warfare 2 that would be Chomp thing. Atleast for me i don't normally go for vanquish streaks but i find him to just be worse than every other chomper , Count chomplua has a better gimmick and all the other spray chompers out damage him and have more health , has barely more health than peashooter, he is a character that fails at everything, even armor chomper has Scenarios where he can tear you apart but Chomp thing just has his abilities to really do much because his damage out put is just pathetic especially if you don't trigger spam it's comically bad

He’s useful when you use the regen delay upgrade, you’ll start healing instantly. The low health hurts him but if you play more sneaky and hit and run (how chomper probably should be played) you can definitely make it work

E citron in no where near that good. He is easily the worst citron. Toxic is better. Not by much but still better. How is Z7 not in the highest tier? Same with iron citron and party corn. Honestly I disagree with quite a lot of that. Just like how cosmic brainz is in the same tier as nec rose. Nec road is easily the best rose and deserves to be in top tier. And law pea is not one of the best characters in the game. He is fun and he has good dps but lack of ammo holds him back. He dies to super brainz, all stars, anything that lives his first clip and there is a chance to kill him. He is definitely fun but not the best. You are definitely putting bias in the tier list with a lot of the characters. Some of the characters that you put in high tier or top tier will just got get you the same results
Camp Cactus is op because sehe can just 2 hit people, without them knowing from where they‘re even shot at. She has one of my highest kd‘s, because it’s just so easy to get kills without dying

I honestly think there is atleast one F tier character in Garden warfare 2 that would be Chomp thing. Atleast for me i don't normally go for vanquish streaks but i find him to just be worse than every other chomper , Count chomplua has a better gimmick and all the other spray chompers out damage him and have more health , has barely more health than peashooter, he is a character that fails at everything, even armor chomper has Scenarios where he can tear you apart but Chomp thing just has his abilities to really do much because his damage out put is just pathetic especially if you don't trigger spam it's comically bad

@@creeperaeman1237 you can cook with literally any other character in the entire game except this one , I never see it get vanquish master from other players or most kills or most assists, I NEVER see it ever do good at anything, that's why I think Armor Chomper is just a better character because people do find nishe scenario's where Armor chomper actually succeeds and has atleast some good damage, tell me what Scenario another spray chomper is just gonna do well at? Because this one just as a melee character with a low health pool and good regeneration is just a bad concept without it becoming too powerful
@@nicholasaugello2534 idk armor chomper lacks more mobility on a already limited class. At least with chomp thing you heal a lot quicker and the digestion reliant chompers are more gimmicky in my opinion. You’re just putting yourself in a vulnerable position just so your gimmick can function. At least with chomp thing he has a little more range albeit, less health. Overall the chomper class is kinda dog water imo.
He’s useful when you use the regen delay upgrade, you’ll start healing instantly. The low health hurts him but if you play more sneaky and hit and run (how chomper probably should be played) you can definitely make it work
@@maxfuerholzer959 when you have to run the health upgrade and Regen and Regen delay that's a sign that the character is just not worth using over Armor chomper because during the the times you do get close you don't have to swallow the Zombie to actually kill them
Druid rose is great for garden ops, actually it’s my favorite. Nec rose in ops is great too for the boss zombies

E citron in no where near that good. He is easily the worst citron. Toxic is better. Not by much but still better. How is Z7 not in the highest tier? Same with iron citron and party corn. Honestly I disagree with quite a lot of that. Just like how cosmic brainz is in the same tier as nec rose. Nec road is easily the best rose and deserves to be in top tier. And law pea is not one of the best characters in the game. He is fun and he has good dps but lack of ammo holds him back. He dies to super brainz, all stars, anything that lives his first clip and there is a chance to kill him. He is definitely fun but not the best. You are definitely putting bias in the tier list with a lot of the characters. Some of the characters that you put in high tier or top tier will just got get you the same results
