Yeah exactly, sometimes that can be insanely obnoxious and renders annihilation gamemodes almost impossible unless you want a 2 hour long game or so, cause they never stop sending units.

One useful thing: you can group up units by selecting which you want and pressing ctrl+1-9, very useful for organization
I don’t know how to add units in this control groups like press Shift + 1-9 in aoe
Alright fellas I'm a bit baffled for how much attention this is getting.
Also, I definitely have no idea what im doing in CoH, im not too great at RTS games (despite the fact that I love them) so I can understand if any of you are tilted by this gameplay.

The CoH1 AI is best described as good for support bad for combat. I've played this game since it came out back in 2006 and I will say that the AI is incredibly annoying when it comes to capturing sectors and harassing your lines. When it comes to combat however, it's absolutely terrible because it never consolidates its forces for major attacks and the only times it does is by coincidence more than tactics.
It does do a few interesting things such as creatively use weapons teams (especially mortars) place mines in strategic sectors (I even borrowed that trick), and make smart use of the terrain. But for every bright spark it displays in-game it does something stupid like spam off-map units exclusively after picking a doctrine.
It's a mess, is what I'm saying.

V.T.O.L. Fried Chicken yeah ive never seen british normal ai not do that. I remember reading a post on a thread that said some of the ai changed after an update and stopped working correctly and was never fixed or something.

the best map to make a "fortified defense" is Valkenswaard (Panzer Campaign), if u get to push with tanks until right side without capture any point (something too diff) and without destroy the british tank headquarter, u will get a shootting session with BT tanks..as u do :D

Winning a normal british AI is pretty much easy on OF. You just have to utilize troop usage and spawn the right units. Lol I usually get 2 kets then 3 PG squads to cap points and then get an armored car as early as possible. Upgrade to shrecks and get a marder if necessary. xD
