The manager at the dealer was trying to get someone else to come help me with this after receiving my car back from a battery swap. Then I asked them if they knew, and they were so reluctant to help me, but he eventually did, and tried not to show me how. And I replaced the battery with a new one like a week ago, and i noticed that since then the auto function for my driver window would only work going down, but up the auto didn't work anymore.
