This video helped so much as a blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu the only defense I was taught to and ankle lock in Brazilian jiu jitsu was my coach that is a black belt I go to Gracie bradenton Jiu-jitsu in Florida and your first favorite move is my first favorite move to now I know which hand to push down with this helped very much.
And a very great defense to and ankle lock this helped a lot and i have Autism and ADHD also but im very smart for some reason i have high functioning Autism.
This is awesome. I do have a question to put to the channel. What is "too hard" of a roll in training? I know not to jerk/power to finish but how do you taper explosive movement when you're given explosive in return? Rolling with fellow white belts & they don't hold back when they move but if I do it in return I feel like it's drastically different since I'm a bigger guy. Any advice, thanks.
