Lexy Love7000 not its not, it a front aerial, you arch your back. in a suicide you don’t arch your back. maddie actually slipped and you can see it in the video
kinda random question but what type of dancing do you do? i noticed that your terminology is very “competition dancer”ish if that makes sense lol (i.e. saying ‘pop jump’ instead of ‘sissone’ or ‘front kick’ instead of ‘battement devont’).
Blueyed _Hawkley my sister is a dancer and she has heard both terms used. Usually a baryshnikov (named after a famous choreographer/dancer-Mikhail Baryshnikov) is turned out most often occurring after a turn (chainé) it is more of a classical step. A calypso is typically in parallel occurring after a run/chassé/small sauté. This is more of a contemporary step but is sometimes seen in ballet. A lot of people use them interchangeably though. 💜 I hope this helps 😁
I thought what you called Gianina's tilt was actually a develope cause tilt is when you're lifting a straight leg vs develope actually developing your leg gradually. Hope it makes sense
if you want to get technical then the correct phrasing is sissone attitude. nowadays every school has slightly different terminology. for example, most competition studios use the phrase ‘calypso’ but a ballet school will use the phrase ‘coupé jeté attitude’.
The suicide flip looked sm like when Maddie fell out of her front ariel
A random person cuz it’s the same, the whole scenes fake

For pressley what you call an attitude pop jump is actually called a firebird jump and I know because I'm a dancer
MJM Kids TV I am too, I know what I said isn’t really correct but that’s what I call it

I love how the dancers that don’t come from Abby’s studio first can’t do a penché and the dancers from her studio can’t
Good video! The intro isn’t a minute long❤️❤️

Great vid and great editing, but the names of the moves are weird, or is that just me?
Some of the names were odd, but most of them were right! 💜💜
