Saw Danny here on Saturday night. He had just finished filming the 250k subscriber vid. I asked for a picture and he kindly obliged, we chatted for a few mins about the food etc before I headed in to collect mine. I told him I had ordered exactly the same stuff he had in his video haha. Good was tremendous and we're going back there for definite. The only problem was, I was so starstruck from meeting Danny that I got home with my food and realised they hadn't put my Tak Tak kebab in!! I'll forgive em this once, but I'm hoping next time I get to try one as I was looking forward to that especially. Great work on the videos Danny, brilliant bloke and deserves all the success coming his way 👍

Yip. It's almost like they planned it, but it's not when you watch the vid, the lass brings it out and you can see all the pips in it. All that effort and they didn't de-pip the lemon with a knife? Strange but fair enough. As a mediocre cook, that's one thing I would have actually done!

They were all them Labour/ pro union types, slightest foot wrong they be shouting “that’s a breach of health & safety” and always threatening to kick us off sight and when we went to sign in to do a days work they’d make us wait like a bunch of cunts for 45mims to a hour before they would turn up and escort us into the factory, they were vile. But as a midlander I’ve never had that working around my hometown of Worcester or in Birmingham everyone is friendly and I’ve never had it down south either, even in parts of London. Not saying all but the northerners I’ve met have been right horrible bastards. They bang on about how much they hate Margaret Thatcher even though she’s been dead years. Id never tell them I’m a Tory voter, they’d probably want to kill me😂
I love that a dozen people walk by and don't give him and his table a second look.
In the days of covid it's not as unusual to see tables outside.

We're Brits, pretending something weird isn't happening before our very eyes is hereditary.
From Richmond North Yorkshire and just came across your site, love your style and enthusiasm and the honest comments you give, either good or bad. As I am alone today (Sunday and family going out) I am going to have a full day with you and your food. Thank You for what you are achieving BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO! X
I first tried a curry from Abduls at the pontefract one and was blown away. They are all balanced and creamier not just blow your head off. My favorite ended up being the paneer and one of the fish ones. Also lamb cooked beautiful.
When they go north, braving the piercing cold, through dark woods, evading evil savage beasts and far beyond the wall in Game of Thrones, this is what should greet them. Him on his little chair, " I love me naan bread me".
Just keep on mate Trev from Tarn.
After watching this Abduls is defo on the radar.. 👍
not sure how I found this channel but this guy is a legend! Absolute diamond!
Greetings from Canada brother!!! I stumbled upon your channel 2 days ago and after watching one video I subscribed, you are without a doubt my favorite food reviewer. We have a few Indian restaraunts in my area but nothing like Abduls.....when they put that food in front of you, I could tell straight away it was quality food....Ive never wanted to crawl thru a screen and pilfer someones food as much as i did watching this video!!! Cheers bro!

When you squirted that lemon and all them pips come out I couldn’t stop laughing like thats taking piss I’ve never seen so many come out of a quarter lemon in my life your a funny guy seriously 😂😂😂
Yip. It's almost like they planned it, but it's not when you watch the vid, the lass brings it out and you can see all the pips in it. All that effort and they didn't de-pip the lemon with a knife? Strange but fair enough. As a mediocre cook, that's one thing I would have actually done!
@@danielgreener4574 they're a takeaway, not sure why u expect them to take the pips out
Damn that store looks clean af, those windows were spotless
Live in Canada you make me miss my childhood spent in UK...keep up the awesome work 👏
Great content. I love the way you present your show and the street vibe that runs in very episodes. Your wording and love ❤️ for food is adorable 😊. And yes you do make fun of your size which shows a man that is comfortable in his body.🌈Keep building your channel, & I will comment with a thumbs up 👍🏿. Well done our kid.🌈✊🏾
Man of my own heart, not fussy, just gets stuck in! Loves his food, fair play to you Danny
Here before this legend blows up. He’ll have 100k subs in three days time, mark my words.
Spot on
And he flipping did...
This guy is class, all his vids are quality local spots. Dude knows his food.

It’s our differences that brings us closer.

I’m in Bristol and thought the same, count yourself lucky!
Wouldn’t bother travelling up .. it’s not that great .. they’ve gone to the extra effort here..don’t get me wrong it’s nice .. but it’s certainly not a 10/10 IMO ..
@@arronafsar2689 exactly...these food vloggers are making the most basic mistake in showing their cameras to the staff. In this age of social media and RUclips every business is eager for free advertisment and would try harder on customers that will review their food on camera. These are no longer a neutral review, he should have been discreet and act like a normal customer and only pull out the camera after all the food has been served.
wow - looking back on this now the production values in late 2021 are so much better - camera man and producer have really honed their craft - well done !
Love this channel, a fan from Calgary Alberta
How have I missed this legend!!!
i live not even 5 min walk from here, if you're ever close this place really has the best curry around.
Genuinely I have been many places for Indian curry
And there is no better place than abdul’s...
100% if you’re reading this.. it is definitely worth going..
It did look nice I must admit. I’ll have to try Abduls if I’m ever up there.
@e belldo get your arse down to Leeds then, it’s your nearest one. I live in Worcester so Birmingham is the closest one for me. I’ll have to take a drive into Birmingham and try it!
This guy is just adorable. I can’t wait to binge all the videos!
That all looks first rate. Recently stumbled onto your channel, mate; I’m really enjoying your reviews and getting to see your bit of the world-just subscribed. Greetings from Greece! 🇬🇧🇬🇷
Didn't want to share his curry with the Camera man ..LMFAO!!! I've now subscribed!! Great to see positive vibes from this guy on Asian food. Bless!
Poor camera man i feel bad
Loving your food blogs, keep up the good work Danny, you've certainly cheered me up today.
Can’t believe I lived a mile or so down the road for 40 years and never called in this place. Always thought it was a restaurant, not a takeaway 🤦🏼♂️🙄😁
One of my locals as I live in Wakefield. Abduls is great and missed it since lockdown. We used to call in every Monday night on the way back from Dewsbury, you can also eat inside, more like a café, than a restaurant, food is brilliant as are the staff.
We live 5 minutes away from this place & go regularly & have done for many years, you gave it a fantastic review & watching you in this video has made me starving for everything you had 🤔🤪😋 I know where I’m going on my next days off 😝 Thanks for a great video, your channel was recommended to us from Friends so we will be watching often now 👍🥰🤩xx
That food looks fantastic. Like Danny said the curry wasn't swimming in grease - looked really creamy and the chicken looked quality meat. The rice lovely and fluffy. Only trouble is Wakefield is 140 miles away !!!................I love Dannys approach, he's a one off !
These posts are brilliant mate keep them coming. Best wishes from Wales.
Finally someone that eats like a real person!! That naan looks very delicious
That looked so well put together and tasty, and the takeaway was spotless👌
“Me & naan bread it’s like a love affair 😂 Danny Champion of the world!

A northerner to be proud of.
That chicken breast meat was proper fresh. Slow cooked in water or steamed but never over done before it was added to the 'Masala'
I've subbed too.

Absolutely fantastic. A man, a table and chair and an honest review. Brilliant.
Such fun to watch, you should be on TV travelling around England and doing a book, job done.
