Opinel Garden + Oyster = great new knife DIY

I wanted an Opinel with a spearpoint blade and a No09 handle that is more waterproof than the standerd wood. I combined the blade of the Opinel Garden knife with the handle of the Opinel Oyster knife. I takes a little bit of adjustment but it does work.

I file down the spine on my standard Opinels to give a slight drop point. The Garden is great and also mods well, both the handle and blade (makes a good sheep's foot).
