Honestly 80m is much. My current apartment (9 unit of 1 bedroom flat and 3 selfcon) was built with approximately 34m. Well finished.

Just one apartment of this entire project costs between 80 and 120 thousand Euros, which is nearly twice the cost of this entire construction.

This how they talk but when you call them they charge you and the charge will remove your stress join hypertension. I believe the low estimated cost is just to get customers.
I called one iyke for fencing and he charged me 14 million naira. I also saw him on RUclips being interviewed by a RUclips called ugomma. She is in london. The iyke guy build houses in portharcourt .
Pls If you've had bad experiences with other people, don't judge us by your experience with them, you've never tried us before or called us before. We've had a lot of people on this page reach out to us and they are very happy so far and in due time we will publish their jobs. You should ask questions before you accuse us of giving low cost to attract customers. As of when this video was recorded subsidy had not been removed in Nigeria, cement was still under 5k naira and a lot of materials where still lower in price, of course 80m cannot build these house today with the current Tinubu economy.

The hollow block ls must be limited to the upper level. The block doesn’t look quality and it is hollow as well.
Looks can be decieving, the blocks are produced by the workers on site under the direct supervision of Engineer Desmond.They are top quality blocks as he rightly mentioned in the video
For him to get 30 blocks per a bag of cement, it's good quality. Some get 45 blocks per bag😂

For a six unit two bedroom apartments? No it's not
It's very very affordable. One unit is cost 13.3M and if the owner is selling, they can sell for at least 30m depending on location/state.

I doubt 80M will.finish the building he just call amount 😅
We have completed projects like this with a little under 80m in the past, talking about just a year and six months ago. A perfect example is a video of a 5Bedroom twin duplex here on the channel. so he no "just call any amount" We're talking from experience of past projects. Of course time goes on and cost of building materials change as well, so the time and place you're building will also affect the price of the entire project and also depending on your finishing.

That's up to the owner of the property to decide o, besides price for rent depends o person many factors like the location of the said property, the standard of the house, I and the size as well.
