I would like to recommend to the Engineer...go towards another typology because you are amazing!!!...the commercial one...in Nigeria it's not at the same level of quality, this typology needs someone like you....so build open-air malls as walks that people want to visit...car parking. ..and outdoor walks with commercial shops in galleries, but always with flower pots and plants, games for children, trees and fountains... and a space with many tables and around it all together restaurants with different options (food court we call it)

You did well on other questions, but for the benefit of listeners, you should have given a context on price of sand. Not answering that simple question is not helpful. At least you have built in different places, should not be difficult to give a range of the cost of sand at the least. This should be addressed by producers when editing the interview. Remember this is to educate the public.

Have watched some of your construction videos and like the way you manage building budget to provide value for money to your clients. Are you guys familiar with double wall construction? Houses collapse all the time in Nigeria and when I look at the thin walls in storey buildings it does not surprise me much. Double walls will provide a solid structural foundation and incidents of building collapse will be reduced. Not to talk of other advantages that came come with it, like noise reduction, Nigeria being a very loud country. I wonder what your take is on this and whether it is something you have done before, or will be capable of doing.
