The flaw with this AU is it portrays Sans as more powerful than he is, which is kind of ironic. To be able to manipulate the game so that the FIGHT button does something different? And to immediately kill you without any ability to escape it if you only choose to fight? That only happened because you spared him in the genocide run and thus let yourself become vulnerable.
It portrays him as more powerful you say, my one example, is the fact that after doing 25+ attacks against you that contain hundreds of bones and blaster, he musters to after a long "survive this attack" still be able to summon 100 blasters for a circle attack, and then toss you around the area with magic like 30 times, and only dying because he forgot to remove you from the fight button after dodging.
Well this Sans unlike in canon remembers the resets ( I think ) so there may be a way that he found out that he wasn't sure would work but did it in "this reset"

Its another thing that no one really knows if he actually remembers things from past timelines, a lot of that's mostly the fandom. That was also brought up by @Ah Yes L Ol which is a decent point, though definitely still highlights how his character is kinda broken.
Wow, this-this is ACTUALLY something new wow, I didn't expect this, whilst it could use the explanation of how Sans was able to do what he did, how he knows where Frisk lands and a continuation of the ending, it certainly is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than the something new with Killer in it, in that Chara just killed everyone for something new (You might as well say they just wanted to torture Sans because they only ever kill to get a reaction out of him and not anything else, they don't even try anything new when given the chance), in this (likely Frisk is the one this time since the name is Frisk in the bottom corner) they actually DO want something new in any way, even if they have to non-genocide things that actually will do them, this is actually well done and lives up to its name since this AU IS actually something new.
This has become "hey is this a game based on Killer's world? I wanna see!" to "man this is a Insanity Sans scenario" due to there being 3 different Insanity's.

The monsters are trying to kill you so they can reach the surface, it isn’t exactly good but it’s better than killing the entire population. They are stuck underground so i imagine the air is shitty, everything smells like dirt etc
If you fight back a bit, monsters will spare you (when they get to low enough hp), but Frisk goes out of their way to not just defend themselves, but kill their opponents. Also in the genocide route you don't just kill everyone you encounter, you actively go out of your way to hunt down every last one.
