Hi Vicki. I latch the double layers too and also bind as it protects the most vulnerable part of your project, especially if it is going to be a rug. However many people find the double latching hard and this is a great alternative. Clare x

@@UtterlyHookedDesigns I thought that might be what happened, but also considered that I may have been misunderstanding something. Thank you for the reply! 👍
Thank you for the excellent tutorial. Where do you suggest buying the binding material? Freda Temple
Hi Freda. Thank you for your lovely message. If you are in the UK you can get binding from my website but at the moment we are not shipping overseas. Otherwise you can just get it on the internet from other stores. Take care. www.utterlyhookeddesigns.co.uk/store/c1/utterlyhookeddesigns

Was that one a kit? If so where can I get it?
Hi Ashleigh. Yes, this is on of my kits and I sell it on my website. If you are from overseas please check out the shipping page for details on how to order. Here is the link to my website. Thanks. Clare www.utterlyhookeddesigns.co.uk/store/c1/utterlyhookeddesigns
Don't quiet understand what the white band was for, why does we need that?
Hi there. It is called rug binding and it protects the edge of your rug which is the most vulnerable part when in use and covers up the turned edge. Regards Clare
Thank you.
