    My grandma made real hooked rugs back in the day. Mom and I made latch hook wool hook rugs in the 70's. They were beautifully designed and I have 2 bedside rugs that Mom made

      It's certainly brought back memories for me as well, from back in 70's I'm glad that I know now what this hooks for. I used to drive myself mental wondering about it and what it's for, why does everyone have it in their knitting and crocheting tools. ❤❤❤

    If you fold the canvas over on the row your working on the hook goes through easier

    It's better to go row by row. That way, there's a plush look to it. Also, when I did latch hook, the picture was printed on the canvas.

    My mother and I did latch hook in the 70s, tried it again but the print was so tiny I couldn't read it . The fabric also used to be color coded
