The US is fighting large proxy wars on at least 3 fronts now, if they go to war in earnest with any of these countries then China will invade Taiwan, the Middle East will attack Israel two groups of countries fighting again (World War 3 in earnest). All these news broadcasts keep assuming that they won't fight together when NATO does, it is obvious that their economies, agriculture and trade are so interconnected that they will be forced to support each other against a set of common enemies.
