That’s why he’s so successful. Any idiot can get a dozen mouth breathers to drive cars to a lot and bring people their cars. There is virtually no skill involved, simply minor competence and the simple ability to show up on time for work and do your job, (this is true for most jobs). When you have a dozen or more employees you begin to realize how rare those minor skills are. I have a small construction company and I swear to God I will hire anyone who is capable of showing up on time every time and the ability to follow simple instructions. I literally fired more then 20 people last year who didn’t learn these basic rules after more then a dozen infractions. I however didn’t fire a guy who cost me $30,000 on an incorrect sheet wall assembly which failed an caused the stucco and chimney to fracture and settle. He’s worth way more to me now since he screwed up because he is capable of learning and ALWAYS shows up and doesn’t know how to make excuses for his failures. (I’m not sure I would have caught the sheer wall assembly issues myself but I would have called the engineer because it was weird, which he now does at the drop of a hat).

They tend to use hardened steel, but 4 saws, bottle of mineral oil or tool oil, and bag full of blades and a few guys... boots be off in no time with minimal damage and costs :)
No wonder people hate us! The place I work is valet only, no self park option which is due to a very small and tight parking lot. Our insurance forbids self parking because it increases risk of damage. All you have to be is confident and people tend to hand their keys over pretty quickly. Including the gentleman last night in his McClaren 720S
I used to work as a valet attendant about 10 years ago. I had a customer accuse me of stealing his spare tire. The only reason I was cleared was because the idiot made the accusation without even opening his trunk. The cops were called my car was searched and even the cop didn't believe him. He had a Lincoln town car and I drove a rsx the damn lug pattern wasn't even close. Other than a few other petty accusations it was a pretty cool job, especially for a young car enthusiast.
Wow. That's so weird. "Whatcha do with my spare tire boy?" You're like "Are you high as fuck?" Was he trying to scam your company for a new spare tire? You can't make something like that up. lol
The janitorial business has many of the same issues. I had an employee bring her teen to clean an office once. While there her son stole a set of tickets to a Mariners baseball game. We found out because the business owner got his tickets replaced thinking he lost them. He showed up to the game and found the janitors son in his seats at the game. Needless to say we did a few months of free cleaning and had to let that janitor go.
2:00 That is a hilarious, yet ironically perfect reality check for that guy to realize he needs to straighten out his anger issues. Sure, I would have been very worried and upset if my gun was missing out of my truck. However, I think most of us can agree that he should have at least called his wife first before screaming at the kid.
LtSenpai probably cause he doesn't have a chop shop/garage, to part it out you need a place where you can take it, we'll, apart without drawing much attention from those looking for it or your nosy neighbors that will definitely wonder why you are taking apart a really nice car

Valet in #1 was part of the inside job to take the cars. He left them there then someone else stole the vehicles.
The police investigated him assuming the same thing. We are still trying to figure out what happened
I think he WAS the inside job, hance why he only took 2 cars, and then probably couldn't sell them cause of them bieng really hot
