Your door looks super pretty with that kick plate. I was never fond of kick plates, until, I recently got into upating my home and feng shui. I painted my front door a beautiful red color, called, Crabby Apple by Sherwin Williams. It instantly brought a new flavor to my outdated and boring curb appeal. My front door has a beautiful wreath on it, but it still needs a little more pizazz. Your video has helped me feel confident that putting a kick plate on my front door, will give me that pizazz, Im looking for. Thanks for sharing.😊

I need details ... Is this door hollow? What type of screws are used? Does the kick plate need to be lower or higher from the bottom edge?

Yes this door is hollow, I used the screws and measurements that were included with the kickplate kit ☺️
