    PRODUCTION NOTES:
Thanks to Kreg Hines, One of Us, for the consistent support and pure refined, high grade positive energy! I won't forget anyone who has essentially told me "Keep Going". A very steady voice often just at the right time. A lot of fun as well!
Anchored this film STRICTLY to the year 1970, which was a great decision because that year was still so '60's influenced.
Used 4 distinct film processes herein. Planned experimentation in 3 new film processing techniques begins immediately after this film airs.

That's a LOT of escape pods. Makes you wonder how reliable space ships are in 2255. Noticed that you experimented with momentary eye blinks on a few of the space babes. Adds a nice touch and those flo-bees are always welcome. Great as always, thanks for your work

Once again catching some of the more important details , Inspector! Also, good point about the reliability factor! Extremely amusing observation, had a great laugh! This is the 'film' I had mentioned before, by the way. Thank you Very much.

There are some very nice designs in the video that could easily be repurposed for a really futuristic tiny house.
Give your AI some sort of treat, let it watch cartoons.

Hey... long time (for me), no write!
I think this may be my favorite so far; I could load you down with my usual specific comments, but the whole of your work is so unified now that it's really become a single thing.
    Great song.
Your women are really coming to life! You're 'casting off' from the dock, so to speak, and taking risks in greater expression. When it lands, it's AWESOME. They're starting to look like they're having fun! You'll have a few uncanny Valley comments, sure, but staying within the safe zone is no longer an option for you. You know you can do Icey-Beauties; there are a few in there (especially my favorite muses) that were natural enough to catch me by surprise, and really made me smile.
The showrooms are fantastic... It feels like a big retail space! I've been studying up on the history of computer hardware/software design, and it reminds me of the decades before the 90s, when it was all still novel and magical.
Loved this one. And your view counts seem to be way up on this one, so you're doing something right. On to ARCTIC FOX!

YES!! Thanks for the great review and good to hear from you! So, let me try to catch you up. I just started with the audiobook NEUROMANCER, because I believe it is required reading. It's read by William Gibson, incidentally. I am about 1/8th the way through right now. Got into an interesting discussion with some people about THE SPIRIT, in which they reduced Frank Miller's style down to replicating comic book frames. I didn't argue, I can see where they're coming from. Due to my extremely severe modern Hwood allergy, they want to try to sit me down to see THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS. To them, I'm kind of like an unfrozen caveman. I'm also a little more familiar with PKD's work now. Less consequentially, I realize I love the B-movie THE PHANTOM PLANET, although it requires some serious suspension of disbelief, of course. It has some of that 'enhanced appeal' quality. Lately, the AI has been giving me substantial attitude, particularly with radical changes in settings. When I have ventured too far into new territory, Muse stability has collapsed on me for certain films. It gets so strange but still has character!
      Bullet points:
      1. I hope you caught the ELDILA reference in the story for ARCTIC FOX
      2. 9193 Part One I consider to be my "greebliest" film
Very excited for Saturday. So, that's just some of what's going on over here. Let me know how you've been and hit me with some brilliant insights if you are so inclined!. I hope you have been up to something great! -SKW

So glad to hear about the Gibson NEUROMANCER; everything from the 80s on incorporated something that came from that book. The first 'VIRTUAL REALITY' pre-cyberpunk stories as we understand them were written by Vernon Vinge in the 1970s. They were about game users jacking in to a medieval fantasy world inside of a massive computer system.
But nobody wrote like Gibson. He isn't couching technology in common terms, but in the language of the future tech itself; and always an eye to the great seedy underbelly of the techno-transhumanist future.
Be an unfrozen cave man. Orson Wells, who thought the HOMAGE to be the lowest form of larceny, warned against watching too many movies; if it's not something that at least tried to be more than that, was a waste and watering down the the medium.
Between you and I, I HATE DARK NIGHT RETURNS. Please don't tell your friends.
And this is from a guy who's watched every scene in Nolan's 'Joker' THE DARK NIGHT, even though it makes no G!!!AMN sense, and has plot holes you could flip a semi through. Looks great. Sounds great. Moves. Performances are truly memorable. Fun.
DARK NIGHT RISES, on the other hand, trying to be A TALE OF TWO CITIES with fistfights. With a budget of a quarter billion dollars, RETURNS comes off as the world's biggest Mexican Wrestler film... complete with a hero dressed as a fierce animal, Kung-Fu-fighting an evil clown.
Tom Hardy is awesome; Anne Hathaway is hot in her ridiculous costume; and there's some amazing action, guy-techy stuff going on, don't get me wrong, but trust me... PHANTOM PLANET may require less suspension of disbelief.
Hey, be a man... you can always take one for your buddies. I'd be fascinated to hear your thoughts either way. I know a guy who thought BATTLESHIP was crazy good. Go figure.
And the Muse problem is simple; they're just being 'snappy'.

@@user-dh2qf5kd8c The Orson Welles thing was intense! Pure Gold. Just heard Vernor Vinge's theory of 'Makers and Breakers', I agree, which indicates a positive outlook on the Singularity. How unexpected. So (JOKER) THE DARK KNIGHT is that 2008 Heath Ledger? I think you tacitly recommended it. I may as well just admit that I don't even watch Nflx. So continues the R&D.
You've said, among many, two interesting things I want to respond to. You once said in closing, "hesitation kills". You couldn't be more right. That statement indicates "street smarts".
Another thing that reached me was the term 'the safe zone'. Almost always when I work with someone new who doesn't get me yet, they practically flinch to suggest I return to the safe zone! People who know me soon trust the unconventional approach and won't even question it. Very impressed with ORSON WELLES...there's a lot to look at here. Still interested in seeing some of your work somehow. What kind of stuff have you been working on lately? So just respond whenever convenient, and I'll keep checking all this out. Yes, the Muses each have their attitudes, the mischievous Darlings. Tomorrow should be fun. It is a beautiful hot mess of a film.

OK... my response will be in three sections:
      SECTION ONE: ORSON WELLS
My five favorite Wells quotes of all time; I'm going for memory on most, so I may be a word or two off.
      On DICK CAVETT:
"I'm still amazed that so many people tried so hard to destroy my career, when I was perfectly capable of destroying it myself."
      ON THE ROAD:
After touring America to packed houses for almost a year, Wells finally found himself in the Midwest, speaking to a theater that was mostly empty. He said:
"Hello Ladies and Gentlemen... I am Orson Wells. I am an actor, a director, a writer, and a producer. So how come there are so many of me, and so few of you?"
      ON STORYTELLING:
"If you want a happy ending, that depends, of course, on where you decide to stop your story."
      ON PROBLEMS:
"The enemy of art is the absence of limitations."
      HIS LAST WORDS:
Wells' last performance was as UNICRON, the world-eating robot in the 80s TRANSFORMERS movie. The one with the kick-ass Vince DiColla score, and al the dated songs.
Yep, Raul Julia goes out playing GENERAL BISON in STREET FIGHTER... and the great Orson Wells died playing a toy.
Some of his last living words, told to his biographer on the day he finished his last recording session, right before he died:
"I play a toy in a movie about toys that do horrible things to each other. I play a planet. I menace somebody called something-or-other. Then I'm destroyed."
As you can tell, I'm a big fan of Wells.
To me, he's David Bowie's extra-terrestrial visitor in THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH... A being of grace made human, only to became seduced by the mortal world's experiences, and consumed by his passions, while ultimately failing to ever complete the work he had originally set out to achieve.
But man, could that guy answer a question.

@@user-dh2qf5kd8c He sure could. I see he had both presence (as in being in the moment) and impressive clarity. What an incredible history and very interesting ending to a standout career. Inspiring. "The enemy of art is the absence of limitations". So true. Very thorough rundown, and encyclopedic, once again, of course! This last quote could probably be generalized because it refers to challenge, the contrasts in life (the limitations) and adversity. The counterbalance. The crest and the trough. I've gone philosophical. It's great to know that. I did a year of the complete works of Shakespeare and remember him in OTHELLO. I am officially a big fan of ORSON WELLES.
