I guess it's having my nags showed by some of the best British Farriers, that makes me wonder sometimes just what some farriers are doing when shoeing a horse. He sounds like he's in need of oxygen, he's got a good foot brace there so he's not holding on to the horse persay.

Life Data hoof clay, you put it under pads and can be used as a hoof pack for thrush. Basically a preventative for the white line under the shoe.

why don't they let their horses be bare foot, like how the native Americans let their horses be.
yashua haggerty it's basically just a protection from any type of stickers, nails etc. Kind've like the reason we where shoes.

My Ancestors used rawhide boots on them,fo any extended riding,like raids or going to war.Couldnt Afford to have your horse come up lame in that situation..It is a known fact,that after they were interned to reservations,that they often had their horses shod,by army farriers.Sitting Bull used to let the army take his picture,to sell,in payment for shoeing services.
