They aren’t cheap though. Kind of an expensive weapon really. Because the part thats hitting you is the metal can and to make it worse if it splits open you will smell of food for hours. Plus, if the can splits on your head you best watch out because those things become sharp when abruptly opened without caution.

I really dont understand the rumor that protesters are throwing frozen water bottles at cops. Like you seriously think that people are hauling around coolers full if ice just to throw at them? Wouldn't rocks work better? Or do people have frozen water bottle stations set up with freezers and generators to run the freezers? That seems like a lot of effort when you could just get some rocks.
