It's very weird to me to have a meal like that before you push out a baby, I mean come on..
I could never give birth without an epidural. I don’t want the greatest thing to ever happen to me to involve screaming
There’s plenty of women who get an epidural and end up screaming still. Epidurals don’t always work completely and they come with their own set of risks and side effects. Being vocal during labor and delivery is completely normal and natural, the sounds a woman makes can be a great tool to know how far along she is in the labor and birthing process.
