I'm glad I'm not the only one whose kids drop stuff and leave it! Were those white socks on the floor that you were picking up? My kids leave theirs around for me to pick 😅 anyway you did help me scrub my kitchen sink!! Thanks! You're home is beautiful ❤️

Hi Ali! Your home looked so beautiful when you were done! I love your bedding - so pretty! Oh how I felt your heart after finding the dog pee, dropping the stuff by the piano, the overflowing wastebasket and the microburst after the kids came home. So relatable! I usually put out my hotspots in the mornings before work in the main areas of my home, but my office quickly becomes a raging inferno so I need a better system in there. My husband has several hotspots that he doesn't manage well, and he sits things down on any open flat surface. If you are familiar with clutterbug styles, he's a bee and I'm a cricket so we squabble about this! 😂 I guess you could look at it this way - you won't run out of cleaning content with kids around, so we'll get to keep chatting! 😁 Have a good week! ❤
Haha. That’s true that I’ll never run out of cleaning content! 😆 My office is also a hot spot. I can’t keep up on it yet! I am familiar with Clutterbug, but I am not sure which one I am. I think I took the test and I might be a cricket, but I can’t remember. I’ll have to take the test again. It’s so good to hear from you again. I hope you enjoy the rest of your week!

Like you with decluttering books, I feel I watch too many decluttering/cleaning videos but don't have the energy to actually clean. I need to keep a better schedule. The counter by our backdoor and a couple of tables in the living room, plus our kitchen island are our drop sites.
It’s hard to have the energy sometimes!

Are you using a wet rag with bars keep to wipe down your appliances ??
I have a Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel polish I bought at TJ Maxx years ago. The sprayer doesn’t work so I just pour some on a dry rag, wipe it on the appliances, and buff off with a dry spot of the rag.

For your Church magazines behind the sofa, I've seen rectangular baskets with hinged lids. That would contain and hide them.
I have about 3000 hotspots around my house. Sigh.

She’s not, but my iPhone thinks she is! 😂 She’s a mutt/mistake. 🤷🏻♀️ Her mom is an Akita and her dad is a Mini Golden Doodle! 🤣
