I’m gonna check Nova out. I’m currently with TMC and I like it but I want to become a lease purchase operator so after my year here I’m going to look into Nova. $3497 sounds good to me.
@@musclemania30 how was your overall experience with them for the past year? With this experience under your belt. Do you recommend them for someone starting fresh in the trucking industry?
I have enjoyed following your career. Saw you at my Nova orientation and am very satisfied with my decision to come on board. I would be interested in any thoughts you have on how to balance professional driving with family life. It has always been my biggest challenge.
Hey sorry to bother but I’ve been watching your video on nova line I should be starting in a few weeks I was just wanted to know if it’s a good company or not I’m currently at Kllm lease not doing so good here bad company just thought you could tell me a little bit about it thanks drive safe
Used trucks. What's the payment? Seriously looking to lease somewhere. All lower 48 or not? And what fb equiptment do I need to start. Straps chains binders tarps bungee. Anything like that?
They have some kind to trainer to flatbed? I have more than 3 years experience ,but not in flatbed...and wich are the request to get the truck?they check credit, downpayment,?
How's the orientation for Nova I'm looking to make a switch I drive for a company out of Oklahoma doing flatbed. I'd like to ask a few questions if you don't mind.
Awesome question, as a 1099 Nova Lines as you cover your personal taxes. Very important to take out the proper amount out of each settlement so you don’t come up short at the end of the year.
What are the requirements for being a lease operator and what does that exactly mean. You have to buy their truck?. I'm currently with melton truck lines getting my flatbed experience in. Are you responsible for maintenence and fuel?
Thanks for watching my channel. In order to become a lease purchase operator with Nova Lines you must meet certain requirements of experience and historical employment. Once approved for the orientation process, you will be able to either inspect or pick out your equipment of choice and then sign a specific contract stating the term limit of payoff. You are responsible for fuel, and all overhead cost. It’s a 100% walkaway contract meaning no ties to you. Hopefully this answered all your questions once again thanks and be safe out there.
Automatics only and they ask you what you would like deducted into your Maintenance account each week. My truck payment is $995 BUT the New 2023 model trucks coming in are $775’ish if I’m not mistaken.
I’d be trying to put most my check into maintenance and breakdowns and fuel I don’t live an extravagant lifestyle all I care about Is having enough to keep a roof over my kids heads and all utilities and food lol
@@victoriaheffernan5275 Amen to that comment. If you get into a newer truck it will have warranty so instead of diverting most of your money into maintenance you can enjoy rewarding paychecks without breakdown headaches.
@@chesterrankins the risk is much lower(shop time), the market isn’t paying as good. If you were entering the market 6-8 months ago I wouldn’t even have worried about it.
@@billymadison1466 it sure does if your not making money. A lot of drivers deal with it because they don’t think to go get their own fuel card, get your own fuel card and it will no longer suck ass lol stay safe out there and thanks for the comment.
