Cannoneers doing their thing at 17:18 is satisfying. Playing this as a kid, I really wished the area of serpentholm to be expanded and even have rice fields there. It would be an epic starting point to be at the center and surrounded by enemies on all sides with one way in and out.
Is there any reason other than aestethicically to build at the top? You can rush Shinja in the beginning btw, Kazaan recks his peasent huts and in the start shinja has no rice to rebuild so he is just stuck from then on.
@@rundown1271 I think it is easy because this is not the OG version, WOTR was made to be easier than the OG. It seems that the steam also aplied the same difficulty as the WOTR. I dont know about it now tho, there might be some update on steam. Because as far as I remember, the Dragon was also pretty hard too
@@TrollEveryPvpDude The AI in the new version will make units to counter you. I would recommend making a mixed army with some healers. Chemists and Powder Keg Cannoneers counter diseased ones.

Unlike in previous updates, the Serpent Clan had Musketeers, Raiders, Fan Geishas and Cannoneers in this Hard Difficulty playthrough.
Those cannoneers was so satisfying to watch
I rush lotus in the beginning first because they are very hard to deal with when they spam warlock in thier base.
it's easy to deal with warlocks, especially when you fight with them melee-melee
Men this is just a walk in the park, I could finish this in less than 15 minutes tops, before and after the Zen update.

I rush Lotus first in the 2nd Battle for Serpentholm. Once they're eliminated, things tend to run much more smoothly against the Serpent clan.

This was so damn easy compared to the serpent version.
Ps: did you know that samurai's dragon skin makes him immune to lotus tower charges.
So easy, I was wondering if it was even on Hard but it was lol.
I did not know that, however, it is possible this could be changed in future versions.
