I suddenly woke up before 6AM and remembered that tank scene which I've seen long time ago when I was a kid. One of the best games I've ever played. It shaped me in numerous ways into a person I am today.
Bro, I just woke up at 4:30 AM because I remembered that tank scene I saw when I was a kid and after 5 minutes of searching here I am, sitting here, rewatching this video
Is there only one captain price in the whole cod timeline? I'm new in cod, purchase cod 1, 2 and the expansion pack. captain price did die in cod one right? in the boat mission, then why is he in the other games? Am i getting it wrong here please explain..
The only game in the franchise that has interesting characters while connecting the dots from Russia, to Africa, and towards Western Front. The game is just focused on telling on the stories of actions from the war, unique perspective of desert campaign truly signify that libyan campaign is really harsh, how the Soviets struggled to take Stalingrad for straight two years, on how terrifying the D-Day landings are where Americans and British are just straight up slaughtered with little to no resistance, on how hard it is to take Caén back. In my perspective this game is really broad on it's views on the war, and it's literally has "infinite replayibility" charm to it, story wise this is half of WaW did for the characters, but again the game is broad, one of my favorites to play again in spare time God, I sure do biased this game a lot
Its sad indeed that call of duty franchise does not do games thinking on honour all the soldiers that lost their lifes to protect us now whats left of the franchise is only greed and decepition
Actually WWII Captain Price died in COD1, in COD2 he was alive because the missions in that game took place before his death in the battleship infiltration mission in COD1. The Captain Price we all known in the Modern Warfare series is likely WWII's Price's grandson since both WWII Price and John Price (Modern Warfare Price) served in the SAS, with John Price later moving to Task Force 141
Second time this Price gets captured, huh? Wonder what happened? All those Rangers died so to save at least one British commando and unknowingly inspire his grandson to follow his grandpa's footsteps... thus setting the stage for what comes next in the events following the years 2011-2017. VAs at 2:26. See anyone familiar? 7:55: Thankfully, the number of dead cows in subsequent games declined over the years.
I love you guys in the comment section!:) I think these CoD games more than simple games. Commemorate all soviet, american and british soldiers who fought for a better world, and maybe without them we don't exist now. Great respect to them let they be fallen or alive veterans! Salute!
It was the first game I played back in 2006. I noticed that I still had the CD and I re-played it for the 50th time. Damn, for me it's the best COD ever. Now that Vanguard is out I'm glad that people still remember this little game :)
I remember my old pc back in ‘05 couldn’t handle the smoke grenade, so I never used them, and after CoD 1 and UO I was curious if CoD2 still has this little animation and I was so happy when I saw it started. But when the three characters threw the smoke it always crashed 😂
Just finished this for the first time. Damn good game. But, Cod WW2, and especially Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood, are my favorite WW2 games (and moh Frontline of course)
Brooo today i just thinking about what my first cod in numbers of series was and I remembered this scene after finished game, i finished this game lot of times, so nostalgic, ofc i played pirate version, my brother downloaded from internet and rip to CD and my other family played also this 😂
I think i know why Americans are saving cpt.Price instead of English army, because in mission prisoners of war English army saves a coiple of American soldiers,so this is just to say thanks

So sad that so many died on the mission to rescue Captain Price.
And many more would die fighting with or against his grandson.
😔
2:48 Ha! Revenge for that German in the desert mission who killed the British soldier
yes
I’m sure the American took pride in killing the enemy the same way his British bro died.
5:36 Price, being badass since 2003
;à
And he only uses a rifle. Never seen him using anything else.
It was ww2 not in 2003
@@itszahin1244 The first CoD was released in 2003.

mfs in 2005 were thinking this is the most cinematic shit ever
Hardcore emotion of a man. My childhood. My memory. Best game ever.
This is my childhood memory. And it was the first game that introduced me to WW2.
2:08 German soldier: fighting infantry *gets shot* aaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!
He actually says: 'Feindliche Infanterie!', which means: 'Enemy infantery!'
@@londomollari1082 Fun fact: I learned more German from this game than I did from anything else

Thank you.
Enjoy the walkthroughs.
,,No cows were harmed in the making of this game"
Nice COD2 Gameplay. And this is the reason why they are inspired to make call of duty 4 because captain price was alive.
Kitsune Abe lmao
So captain price was 40 for 60 years? Ok, sure
@@ImperiumRomanum476 Maybe that Price was the new Price's Grandfather or father.

I'd be actually grateful that the two of them even made it out.
