- Full walkthrough of the PC game "Call of Duty 2" (released in 2005) on the hardest game difficulty (Veteran), Chapter 8 - U.S. Campaign: D-Day, part 1 - The Battle of Pointe du Hoc. The game was played by me with flawless free flow completion of the missions. All the scenario scenes and dialogues were included in the video, from the intro of the game till the credits at the end, hence the watchers can understand the storyline of the game. Highest values in graphic options were selected to produce the maximum from the game. Enjoy watching

And then flash forward 10 years and they got her doing the worst kinds of porn and she has become a robot inside. Because God love her, she's been passed around and banged so much she has become numb to the world......it's something like that. :P
I grew up playing this and the original. To see CoD turn into what it is today really is a shame.

The first time I tried this I couldn't believe the noise and chaos. I was kind of shocked and frozen although actual soldiers would have known where they should be going and how to do it. It's only a simulation but it was a very good insight into participating in combat.
the noise and chaos from a simple game that alarmed you was an example of why drill instructors in boot camp scream and yell, to get one accustomed to the noise and chaos of real combat, but afterall, its only a game, its NOTHING like real comabt
It took me roughly 2 weeks to get through On veteran mode the first 2 times played
After that it became heaps easier and faster to get through
MAKE CALL OF DUTY GREAT AGAIN!!!!!

+Lego Forestman They still don't beat the good 'ol Medal of Honor WW2 games, but I agree with the modern day stuff. Also, I feel the whole ear 2175 with wallrunning and double jumps and exosuits gimmick is getting stale already. I really hope CoD, Battlefield or MoH decide to head back to WW2 soon. We need a new, really good game from this era.

Only 3 things wrong with this game:
No sprint
No bullet penetration
No grenade throw back

I remember watching this game shortly before the 360 came out, in eager anticipation and in awe of the amazing graphics and characterisation!
Then the 360 was in low stock and I had to wait a further 1 month before I could play this gem! It did not disappoint!
If they could make a game like cod 2 with new graphic.

Finished playing COD MW3 yesterday i almost fell asleep. What's in it? Just shoot and run and shoot. Everything is heavily scripted. Completely lifeless. This is the third game i played after COD and COD2 i don't have any reason for trying one anymore.

This is a pretty dang intense game, i mean even tho is years old. Much better than the current "Call of Duty" storyline.

I had the most fun playing this Call of Duty on veteran. It was so good and I felt like I was really striving towards the end and when I did, it felt good that I had accomplished something.
In my opinion, World at War was the hardest on the veteran with this coming in second. Haven't play many on veteran, though so not an accurate opinion.

Way to make this look easy. I can't get past that first checkpoint and I've died hundreds of times while playing for hours. About to see if one of my friends and get me past this vastly unfair part. (The repawning machine gunners I mean)
Just go to the left and stay low in order to manipulate and protect yourself along with the others from the opponents also helps hurling nades
Then proceed to crouch through the middle tunnel trench
Remember that staying low helps a great deal then proceed to hurl a smoke cannister in front of each enemy soldier gunner and take out the wazzles in the middle of the round concrete then proceed to follow the friendly soldier with the radio box in the dip - stay intact with him until he orders an strike from the Navy battle ships then proceed to fire while firing from the hip especially against the enemy soldier gunner on the left or perhaps even sniper rifle the dope or maybe even hurl a few nades at the area then proceed to get back low and sidestep using the Thomson Reuters smg .
Once get rid of the opponents coming through the hallway go up and take out the enemy soldier gunner in the bunker
Get into the bunker and take cover behind the right pylon though, make sure that plenty of ammo around in the smg and spray the dopes coming up the stairs.
Go to the friendly units again and wait for another strikes from the Navy battle ships though, first nick the enemy soldiers weapons including the mp40
Switch back to the Springfield sniper rifle weapon taking out the new soldiers there one by one but , also remember : to re load then, go backwards

Good gameplay. You tried to entertain and enjoy the watcher by not just reckless-shooting, but looking at stuff, doing things etc :D

Omaha beach was three football fields long, Utah which was this mission was a cliff. I just cant understand how the fuck these guys done it.
Correction Dwayne, with respect, Pointe Du Hoc (which this level is based on) was between Utah and Omaha beach. You are correct on the latter part though.

***** The reason why the Americans won the battle is because of the Americans just constantly sending fresh troops to their deaths for 3 days straight and the Germans were not reinforced that much. Though if they did, there isn't a shadow of a doubt we would have lost.
Call of Duty 2 was the best. Somehow they have not been able to top themselves with this one
What about cod4, mw2 and bo1? They had excellent campaign missions and storylines
it didn't strike a chord with me like this one did.I felt the passion the developers put into potraying the triumphs and horrors of ww2. cod4 brought something new to the table thou.Hopefully advanced warfare will be the ONLY in the series to push the envelope since 2007
Daniel Villanueva To be honest cod 5, this cod and those u mentioned where the only ones i enjoyed. The game got to repetitive after that. They just copy and pasted the same game but gave it a different coat of paint ie new gadgets or equipment. The newer the cod got, the more chessier the game felt, especially with all this futuristic bullshit. I prefer the oldschool cods like this one, nice long missions, the difficulty was greater but so was the sense of achievement, no bullshit first person cutscense to interfere with my time... (cough blops 2 )
Hector Soto Advanced warfare, r u serious.. That games dead on arrival. all these bullshit gadgets and equipment is whats ruining the franchies. its no wonder why no one likes ghosts. Were all ready seeing bs jetpacks, invisability, lazer guns, guys jumping 10 feet in the air, seeing people through walls, shields that follow you and grenades that can seek and destroy you.. how exactly is this going to work in the multiplayer... it wont. its not skilled based anymore.. now its all about fat bastards behind the equipment. AND DRONES ! fuck that.
I agree with your comment DWA YNE, future cods need to have a vintage style to it such as a WW1 or even a Civil war theme to it because cod has already covered the Vietnam war, WW2, Afgan war, Cuban and cold war eras. The futuristic feel is stale. The only futuristic cod I loved was surprisingly black ops 2. I loved the multiplayer and dlc camos you could purchase. (And no, I was not a scumbag quick scoper)

First call of duty I played was finest hour then big red one then 3. Those were my favorites and still are. The first two modern warfares were fun online. Nothing beats the originals

I know it is based on true events but alot also comes from WWII movies such as;
Longest Day, Bridge too Far, Saving Private Ryan, etc....
When are game makers gonna return to the source making WWII again or Viet-Nam and why not a WWI game for a change with a long solo campaign lesser multiplayer and mostly making it a PC game like it was for more than a decade .
Modern Warfare and Futuristic war games doesn't interests me anymore and somewhat didn't interested me much, because alot of the story is too previsible,magical and if it would happen in real life ( hope never ) these wars would turn out completely differently than those stupid games .

Would love to see some more WWII games in the future really unlock the visual and immersion aspects of these events with modern graphics and physics. Not flashy missions with one man taking it on alone like some other games.

I love how the mp-40 has more recoil that a BAR. A mp-50 is 9mm so it hardly has any kick, plus it has a much much slower fire rate
