It's really not complex, tbh. You just need to be a medical outfit that's allowed to buy blood donations. Since he's not, he can't get blood legally. (The other obvious alternative is murder, but naturally that's even more illegal)

M Martin they all traveled inside private transportation to their destinations so they don’t really have much chance to come in contact with locals, the resort is empty with only them and the workers have taken measures so i don’t think it’s that necessary but you have a point, you can’t ever be too careful.

What's the deal with the total lack of masks on the crew? I get that Mark is (probably) no longer infectious and unable to become reinfected, but the strangers he's interacting with don't know that. And while the crew tested negative upon entry, not wearing a mask means they're much more likely to catch & spread it to each other and the locals who are hosting them. Between that and "loop-holing" his way onto the island, this seems super disrespectful and totally opposite to the compassion-first, science-informed message he usually sends.
M Martin they all traveled inside private transportation to their destinations so they don’t really have much chance to come in contact with locals, the resort is empty with only them and the workers have taken measures so i don’t think it’s that necessary but you have a point, you can’t ever be too careful.
