There was no trace of money thru electoral bonds too......only after SC ordered SBI to reveal the donor list was this whole charade exposed. Moreover, as priya jain explained previously there was a limit to how much any company can donate and after 2018 there was no limit, this explains why this scheme was launched in the first place by bjp......
And to believe SBI wasn't revealing the donor list to bjp who's at the center and to whom SBI directly answeres is just moronic.

People saying things such as half knowledge and not an expert.. should realise that it’s practically impossible to know everything about even a topic on which one is an expert. This is to initiate conversations and bring perspectives. I resonate with her idea that if the political parties won’t understand who has contributed then companies would have contributed to only one party or not contributed at all. The fact that the parties would come to know and then there would be a quid pro quo post election is still existent making companies donate to all to cover their bases.
This is not a living room convo between friends. If someone is coming on a podcast and opening their mouth about something then they have to be experts in it or just say I don't know anything about it.

There’s two issues here 1) prior to the electoral bonds they were donating directly to the party’s in cash. The companies were therefore offloading their black money and the government was not realising any tax. Moreover,no one knew who donated to which party and hence all the party’s were okay with it. 2) After the introduction of bonds the government was realising the tax and the issue of black money was resolved. Later, on the direction of the SC the donors names were released however, the discussion on the reasons why a company A donated to a party A is foolish. There was no such discussion prior to the introduction of bonds and just because the donors names are out they have started to question the motives of the companies. If this has to be done let the SC order the release of the names of the donors during the congress regime as well ,though this was mostly done in cash so that the correct picture will emerge. It’s common sense that the party in power will get the lion’s share of the donations.

All this is happening now is politics. Companies have not donated 100% of their profit. It may be 5 to 25 percent.

Electroral bonds are the most transparent form of Political donation which is quite common in devloped countries.

Raj, to your qs ki "kaise bol diya ki ed stopped the investigation", thats where the data comes into picture. Lots and lots of independent journalists have analysed the data and found the trail. Since it was ED's job, and sadly ED is the culprit.
We expect you to study those data and bring into your podcast, support them, rather questioning them. By the process you would know if its real.

Now the question is how the ED-EB link lies there?
first ED was probing a company for irregularities now when EB had been given to the rulling party and jn the coming few days the ED stopped pribibg of al of the irregularities the company had been charged with and this thing happened with every company and now the question is, when Raj Shanani saying how this could be proved , the annswer is when EB data came out in public then the dates of cases and the dates of donation through EB and the daye if clean chit is saying everything.
Now, when you are telling that against every company this kind of charges used to levied, ok tgats find, after that the charges and the probe done by ED goes to the court and court decides the case according to the law and in some cases Ed's allegation and probe proved to be right and in some cases not, not all the cases imposed by ED afainst companies and individuals got wrong.
Now, few questions to Raj Shamani,
Why the probe by ED stopped against a company immediately after the EB donations to the rulling party?
And if ED's allegation in all if thus type of cases got failed, then where the credibility of ED one of country's foremost probe agencies will be gone?
