Love the embellishment techniques you discover and share with all of us! I tested the chain stitch with spaghetti thread and stacked stitches on a sample for my stitch book as I learn this awesome machine---such a lovely result. Now I have to try weaving through the cover stitch.

Hi Anne, I've had that needle for so long I don't know where I bought it-sorry. I would suggest checking with a local sewing machine dealer and/or Amazon or even a yarn shop if you have one nearby. Mine is about 4 1/2" long. Thanks for watching Serger Tip Clips!
Hi Fran, I snap on the curve foot (C23 for the BERNINA L890) and lower the presser foot pressure to "1". The short foot and light pressure makes it much easier to steer the fabric and create smooth curves. Don't jerk the fabric or try to make sharp turns. It will cause skipped stitches. Let me know if you need more help and thanks for watching!
Hi Barbara, It's a lightweight fusible fleece by OESD. I think I bought it from a vendor at an event. You can probably find something similar at your local dealer or Google OESD products for a source. Thanks!
Hi Jill, there are many types of 8-wt threads. Texture, fiber content and strengths can vary, so I can't confirm that it is the same that you use for weaving. But the thickness should be similar. Thanks for watching!
Something else to add to my samples, thank you.

Hi Barbara, It's a lightweight fusible fleece by OESD. I think I bought it from a vendor at an event. You can probably find something similar at your local dealer or Google OESD products for a source. Thanks!
Can you confirm that the 8 weight thread is like what I use in weaving…8/2?
