Btw, the crotch has a lid which you can open (it'll be a bit of a pain to open), that contains a screw that you can tighten up to make the thigh joints more tight to your liking

You're right, I run into this when I open or refold this inconvenient "top cover / upper tap", especially in truck mode and it's logically almost impossible to lift up with my fingers, so I cut only its edge off using by cutting pliers....this might be a technical glitch from a factory that has passed the quality test but is already in mass production.

I bought their version of Long Haul and Scrap Metal to finish my Studio Series Devastator and it works fine. They even added extra paint apps that were not on the originals. Nice to see that this might be a viable way to pick up figures that are selling for way to much online. Good review Chef!

Really Cool Stuff Chef, and for correction, it's their 4th version of this mold the third one is the Shattered glass incarnation. Anyway, you have conviced me enough to buy this guy again, i already have the og one but this Deco is really sold me out. Shiny and stuff, i like it.

I just got mine today, love the color and the way he looks! I thought about getting the Nemesis & SG version. Maybe if I feel I need new Primes I’ll order them. I have enough Primes right now. Great review bro!

I got this guy off Amazon and I was amazed by the quality on it for a knock off, the elbows are the only part of the figure that’s loose. Every other joint is actually almost scarily tight though like the top can cover piece. Otherwise I’m loving the figure.

Although this looks nicer than the official version, Playing with it will always bother me because of the high possibility of the plastic breaking or the joints getting loose

So this is what you got for $14... Still, not bad. I own (I think) first version and Nemesis, the former got loose after few transformations (particularly ankles) and the cab doesn't hold together as well as it used to (the forearm kibble became floppy either). I hesitate to transform Nemesis, the part that fills the spot where head is in robot mode got stress marked after first transformation on Optimus (it locks in place crazily tight).
It's not likely I'd get this one (especially I'd need a lot of luck to actually get this version over at AliE).
By the way, there is/was also SG version of this mould, I'm really on the fence with that (apparently windshields are cast out of non-transparent black plastic, that's main reason I hesitate).

Just got mine from Temu for 14.99 I wish I would have bought the Nemesis Prime version as well but I think it’s sold out just like Optimus Prime is but it’s such a great figure and one of my favorite versions of a movie Optimus Prime

Diecast chest parts/truck windshield? Sounds pretty similar to the KuBianBao MP10V (diecast chest, feet, Matrix, calf panels that cover the truck wheels in robot mode, and a sword that looks like it came from AoE rather than G1 so I gave that to my TLK Voyager Optimus).
I still wanna get that and the Black Convoy version, along with the oversized KO of PotP Hun-grr they did.

Mine just came I think I got a very good one because on mine the only thing that’s loose is the right shoulder flap
And on my copy I can easily get the “peg of doom” with ease

I got the same Optimus prime knock off figure and the joints on mine aren’t loose only the wrist joints are besides that though this it is a beautiful figure but I don’t understand why they didn’t make the wrists right so they could hold his gun.

Yes, in the crotch there's a lid.. kind of hard to open but once open there's a screw that you can tighten.

This prime is a billion times better than the age of extinction evasion mode optimus the legs are a bit finicky and the backpack won't tab in but I've already ordered the black one and can't wait for nemesis prime. Darkness is Cumming

Yo i got the Nemesis Prime version and the right leg (idk what leg is it) The leg fell off and i looked that the leg was on a screw and i tried using my screwdrivers and it wouldn't budge.

Update I got Redalert a couple of issues I got what it was the one leg was a bit loose and the knees are very loose but I managed to solve that problem with a screwdriver God bless for screws

It's mind boggling to see a poorer 3rd party manufacturer make such a figure with clever premium finish when a billion dollar company like Hasbro with all the resources in the world can't do this. So either they are lazy or ignorant.

Take your time I broke plenty of knock offs transformers by going fast this is why I'm still hunting for a mainline optimus prime these are great figures but be careful they are knock offs and some of the parts are really cheap fealing but you can't beat the price so 12/ 13 almost a perfect score
