I also had one, and usually for non-Hasbro transformer toys from China, I would tighten the screws with screw driver first before transforming because there might have loose screws.

Mine has so much problems one being the top piece when I tried taking the thing out it partially broke since it was so tight and the one arm thing doesn't even go up every optimus I got has been like that
