I started to do more research into it and looking at myself I started becoming convinced it was unhealthy. My 2 biggest objectives were to stop masterbaiting just whenever I wanted to but mostly stop my porn addiction. I found some life long friends along the way and got a GF and that’s what really helped. It was like a void was created and it still isn’t entirely filled but now I feel as if I got all the materials and just gotta fill the hole next. Everything isn’t perfect but for a start I feel like I have done much better. I have got back into not watching porn again and I’m much better at controlling urges. Now I mostly masterbait in moderation and honestly I think that’s healthiest for me. I started to do more research into it and looking at myself I started becoming convinced it was unhealthy. My 2 biggest objectives were to stop masterbaiting just whenever I wanted to but mostly stop my porn addiction. I found some life long friends along the way and got a GF and that’s what really helped. It was like a void was created and it still isn’t entirely filled but now I feel as if I got all the materials and just gotta fill the hole next. Everything isn’t perfect but for a start I feel like I have done much better. I have got back into not watching porn again and I’m much better at controlling urges. Now I mostly masterbait in moderation and honestly I think that’s healthiest for me. Although whatever you and others choose to do it’s essential to have the right mindset and to have an active effort to change you life.
