Changed bulbs on heater controls today , didnt need to unplug stereo leads only the aerial lead , but your video was easy to follow with regards removing facia panel , 😊
Thank you. I just did mine and it saved a lot of faffing about seeing how it was done first. Heater controls are now visible and I know the display module needs a replacement
Interesting as I just yesterday changed my light bulbs in the upper screen on my 2005 Peugeot 307 SW. And it had the exact same light bulbs out as you had. And then I saw this today. Was an easy fix fortunately. Cheers from Sweden
Hi Danny another cracking video, ie bulbs replaced, a well carried out and explained video, having a mk1 and mk2 berlingo Iam always interested. Carry on with your excitement videos. 👍Maurice 🇬🇧
@@projectfearn I have tried to pull and wiggle the passenger and drivers on but looks like it could be a dash off job and the center ones look like they're molded there have you ever had a dash off by any chance or have a picture of a dash off im trying to get my head around it, cheers Jim
Hey Danny Thanks for the video, very informative. I have the same car and one of the 3 heater control panels (the one on the left) is stuck It doesn't turn to the left Did u come across a problem like that ? And how do I fix it? PS: I haven't tried to remove it yet thought I'd ask first
@@projectfearn yes it is I wanted to close the vents and only let the air on the inside circulate (first option to the left before speed 1) because my garage is very dusty and I always get a lot of dust on the dash board I didn't want to remove it because I wasn't sure if it's electrical (thought maybe it's mechanical and the vent is stuck not the panel)
Hi Danny , Iam going to replace a dasbroad on berlingo 03 1-9 derv from right hand drive to left hand drive to use in Portugal, just wondering if you have made a video or have any tips or help you can put my way. Keep up the great on the Berlingo videos. 👍🇬🇧Maurice.
Loving your videos mate. My 55 BMS has just started toeing in on both rear wheels been up on ramps no play in any bearings and all looks well. What would you suggest? Done 91000 2.0 ltr Diesel.
I think they all have a little toe in them as from fresh mate. As long as you have checked the trailing arms etc for play too I would wait until you hear clunking. 👍
Cheers mate. Yeah I was told when you hear the infamous clunk it’s time to worry. Just changed both back tyres see how long I get from them and decide from there weather to pull the trigger on a new axle. 👍
I've got the axle to do on the blue one. Will be breaking the video down into different parts. Removal, cleaning and undersealing underneath, swapping all parts over along with brackets and painting them then finally reinstalling it. I'm actually looking forward to doing another 🙂
Things like this make the car so much more pleasant to use. Nice one
Cheers Mudster ✌️

My display module on my new one lights up but if I have the heaters on full and it gets hot it dims a lot. Does your do this? 😎

Thanks Maurice 🍻
Very informative video Danny, thanks for showing us. Those trim tools look useful. I think I'll invest in a set. Cheers. Vivian.
They are so useful. Especially for spreading the pressure and not leaving marks in the trim. 😎
thx u bruva one love stay blessed happy times and loves
Hi Danny I am wondering if you could shed some light on how to remove the air vents? Thank you
That is a very good question pal as I have never pulled one out are there not retaining clips on the inside of the vents? Danny

There could be something stuck pal. Is far left the fan speed(

Bonjour Mr. Pouvez-vous me dire où est le filtre habitacle a cette voiture ? Merci beaucoup.
Hi. Do you have any recommendations to retrofit a touch screen to a berlingo 2004?
