The reason many churches are losing attendance is because who wants to go to a refrigerator? Maybe if they had the Power of the Holy Ghost like this group does there would be more people going to church. People run to see a fire. This group has the fire of the Holy Ghost. I truly love them. Bless the Lord! Their music is still blessing souls. It surely blesses me! Hallelujah!
I think the reason for losing attendance is from lack of family unity; morals; respect for God; respect for self; respect for the church. People don't have a reason to believe anymore. When you don't have worries anymore people began to forget about God. Then more things take Gods place and the more God is driven out of your life. Many people are more worried about selfish things in life and not in the things that bring meaning to life.

My grandfather could never understand why god would give him the kingdom of heaven but when he drew his fleeting breath then his eyes which closed in death then he rose to worlds unknown and beheld Him on His throne... he’s singing redemption’s story about how the father brought him to the other side. If we lived in a sane world this video would have 220 million views. I feel sorry the people who will go through life and never get to hear the McGruders in concert or on tape. I saw them one time at a school gymnasium somewhere in the mid south in the 90's. My memory of the place and time is vague, but I have never seen any concert before or since as good as this. I've seen every group there is to see, both secular and not, but that night with the McGruders cannot be improved upon. I'm not a church goer, nor a fanatic by any means. They simply had something that cannot replicated, and you don't need to go to church to figure it out. Here in this arrangement of digital ones and zeros, is a demonstrative example (if you can see see it), of an actual higher "plane" of existence. Carroll and Priscilla are both gone now, what a loss, but what a great thing they have left behind.

I played for Jack Campbell and the Ambassadors who was instrumental helping Carroll and Pricilla go big. I really miss this kind of Gospel Music! However, the Hinsons will always be the best! lol

He could be hilarious, but he was ALWAYS right on point, and he never, NEVER shied away from sin and corruption, even when he found it in the churches that he preached in. He hit the ol' devil right between the eyes, every chance he got ! He was One God from the top of his head, to the soles of his feet, and acid-strong, when it came to Holiness! He lived it, too! He went home to be with the Lord last year. May God raise up more preachers like him! R. I. P., Brother Tenney. We miss you down here, but we'll see you on Heaven's golden shores!!!
