    Completed on a 1991 Dodge B250 318 5.2 litre. Covers 1990, 1991, 1992 B, D, and W series engines. The 360 5.9 litre is probably similar but I've never touched one.

Hey Stephen, I feel a lot more comfortable doing this on my motorhome now, we've got an older 360 it! Thanks, Andy!

    Did they work

they helped a lot, the new owner hooked up a manual pressure gauge and found out the oil pressure was way too high on the engine, that seemed to be putting extra oil in the valve covers, I'm not sure what he did about it

How much/little air pressure needed to prevent valves dropping? 😎

I probably had my compressor running at about 100 psi.

Just got a quote for 7hrs and just shy of a grand to do mine on my 86 Ramcharger with a 360. Seems a little excessive right?

yeah, the ram charger would be easy to work on if you had one of those overhead creepers. Try to keep it going, I like those and you don't see them often.

Did u ever get it done? Did u pay that much? Or did you get a better price somewhere else? I'm currently in the same boat and need to change mine. My car is currently smoking pretty bad.

@@blah9664 I’ve decided to do the bottle of no smoke fix for now. When you first start it, it doesn’t really smoke. It only starts after it’s been running a few minutes. So that to me points to rings unfortunately :/ Currently having a 455 being built for my 78 trans am, so an eventual rebuild for the Ramcharger is in the future, just not anytime soon.

Do you have to use the short and tall ones if they are on there?

    • @SteveRivett

I would buy a set of valve stem seals that is complete so that you don't need to worry about which ones go where. The set I had were all identical.

Nothing worse than watching a guy work with one hand. Spend the $5 and get tripod or something
