No hate or anything but ngl they came from a small company and I'll admit that I expected so much from them and wished that the company did so much better at the music video. But I guess their song was pretty great for a debut song. So I'm proud of them ✨
For those fans and people who disappointed Lapillus Hit Ya (I'm not going to include haters , trolls and bashers because they always a haters) Actually according to them on their showcase debut live on abs cbn they describe the song as repetitive , bop and catchy. So it's means the song is actually created that way in the very first place, have no mistake or lacking they actually did it intentionally. And actually pretty smart moves because a rookie gg from small company and not well known its very hard to hype the crowd but their debut song it's bop and can hype the crowd. They not just a gg who have song that more instrument than vocal ( hit ya actually have vocal just repetitive the beginning , middle and climax the part where not repetitive)
And have a impact when it comes to introduction of choreo, Volcano formation? I don't know, something like that. But all of them are formed like volcano and their shoulders and head movements are actually on timing and on beat

The flying space whales as u called it r there for a reason. They incorporated the whale moans in the song,very prominent everytime the girls say hit ya. I think this is the best review so far cuz u hold no biases and any dude would naturally react this way after viewing Lapillus' MV. Dudes awesome review very funny by the way.
I recommend to watch their "Queendome" Song if you disliked "Hit Ya" Queendome was suppose to be their debut song but MLD rejected it because some of us might think its plagiarism.
