I don’t go gymnastics but i make floor routines at home with leaps, cartwheels, somersaults, pivots, a kick, and a handstand. And this music is what I use it goes perfectly with the routine thanks for posting it!

that's so cool! I learned a lot of gymnastics on my own at home, for example front and back walkovers. You can try to learn those too, then it can be a lot more fun. (just make sure to be safe (soft ground or a pillow) and ask someone to spot you:)

Yea my family doesn’t have a lot of money for me to be a gymnast so I just teach myself at home I’m trying to do an aerial in grass so 😅
