Ive been an adidas collector since the 90s but i never cared for the Eqt logo. Trefoil only 👍🏿
The embroidered and patched stuff looks really good quality. Must admit im not a fine of Adidas equipment - though it does take me back to a certain time. I guess he didn't have time to sell the collection off one at a time or he needed the money quickly. Also, although there is dome really good stuff, there is also some stuff that is not really worth much.

I've been collecting Adidas stuff on and off for about 25 years. I can honestly say if I was in that room with an unlimited budget, I'd only leave with a bag full of stuff, mostly football shirts. I can't stand Adidas equipment stuff or the newer logo. Has to be trefoil for me. A lot of this stuff is the kind of odd gear I see on Vinted and absolutely swerve.
When I collect, it's to wear. I wouldn't wear the huge majority of the stuff that was shown here. It's quirky and rare, but ultimately ugly. Looks like he's been raiding charity shops for years. It's worked out for him of course, but I bet he paid more than 10k for it all. At least when I sell my collection, which I wouldn't unless it was times of desperation, I'd have worn all of it. I doubt he's worn much of that given the sizes are all over the place.
