Some officers are decent folks, and then there's those that give them a bad name. Here's one from a trusted source I'll give the name Mack L (Not their real name, but L is the first initial in the last name - important later on). Mack and a dozen buddies decided to do some racing. Zipping at 70+ MPH, Mack sees an officer with a radar gun - let's call him Officer Lobo. Half a dozen cars zip out, and flip the sirens on. Mack, and the others, all pull over, because no one wants to be the jerk that left the others to deal with the cops. Soon enough, cops start issuing tickets - in Mack's case, a female officer, Lupa. At this, Mack, who knows his laws fairly well, knows that this is an illegal stop, because Officer Lobo himself *should* be the one issuing the tickets himself, not Lupa or the other officers. Mack, knowing what this means, simply plays along. A few days later, Mack and his buddies go to court, each having to go before the judge, and including them, there's at least 20+ folk ahead of Mack, due to his last name starting with L. After a couple of hours, Mack is standing before the Judge. Judge: You're charged with exceeding the speed limit. How do you plead? Mack: I'm guilty of that, and I'm willing to pay the fine, but I must point out an issue with the situation. Judge: What is that? Mack: Officer Lupa might have issued the ticket, but Officer Lobo, who wasn't in the car with her, was the one manning the radar gun, and that's how they got me and the others. Judge: What? Are you saying that they were Wolf Packing? Mack: Yes sir. Judge: Why didn't the others tell me about this? Mack: They probably didn't notice the one with the radar, but I know that Lobo's a man, and Lupa's a woman. Kind of different. Judge: (More to self) I've told them not to pull these tricks. (Speaking up) Case Dismissed! (To officers) You six! My Chambers! Now! Because of these officer's tactics, at least 20+ tickets got tossed out, thanks to Mack's observations.
Last Story - I would have told the Officer. "You so much as lay a FINGER on me sunshine, and I will have your effing badge. Which will be your lucky day. Unluckiest if that you lose your badge AND you get locked up for Assault on your Wife".
Just remind him that you're the guy who answers the 'shots fired - officer down' call in this area and with one word, suddenly all ambulances will be 'out of service'...

PayPass story - she got angry amd rightfully so. Went overboard but still, law allows it and its just an update basically. I remember one time when i wanted to pay in Germany and saw the terminal, it was time when 1st ones showed up. I just used the phone. Old shopping hag canceled it as a fraud and called security. She started shouting at me that she saw me using "fake card machine". Almost broke my phone trying to get it off me. Security went for her rescue when all i was doing was trying to keep my property. In one moment phone went on the floor and me fuming shouted the question 'is it legal to pay with whone?!". Only then security figured out what happend and started apologizing. I just told them to call the police. Now i have a broken phone in need of replacement and i don't agree for a repair. Same, but new. And that needed the police report with copy of the camera recording. It took few months. I got new phone of my choosing up to price of mine at day it got released and something extra.
Last story, it's a shame that when pos opened the door, that he wasn't killed by the cot and items that hit him in the chest landing on his chest and causing his broken ribs to penetrate many of his critical organs. It would have made for a great segment on the show A Million Ways To Die.

Guess Mr Car-Buyer never heard of an as-is transaction. In fact, car sales are generally as-is *by default* unless a warranty is expressly given. Contactless if over 30bux? If it looks that way, why not just suggest that to the customer when it looks like it'll go over, and if any fuss, break up the total purchase into 2/more smaller purchases? What drama-queens...

I spent a long day going from shop to shop buying stuff. Not the first credit card machine was like another. Some had a process that was really different, too. Karens are morons.

I constantly get people who say I do the same job for xx company and I can do this or that so can you. They always get pissed off when I say, good for you but that's not how it works here
I have heard that last story at LEAST 3 times....AND IT STILL MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL EVERY TIME. I WISH THAT ALL DOMESTIC ABUSERS WOULD HAVE THE PUNISHMENT OF BEING TRAPPED IN A PIT WITH A POLAR BEAR THAT HADN'T BEEN FED IN 6 MONTHS, AND HAD BEEF GLAZING POURED OVER THEM RIGHT BEFORE THEY WERE TOSSED IN. THE PIT IS ALSO 20 FEET DEEP, SO BOTH LEGS BROKEN UPON HITTING BOTTOM.
