Peel it! Peel it! Peel it!
Your video in my recommendation
she was STOKED
🗣"you fucking eat!" is so dope 😂🔥
bia is the coolest fr
Ngl this is the most jealous I’ve been of anything you’ve ever shot. This is literally my dream assignment. That last photo is seriously soooooo good! Hopefully one day I’ll get paid to shoot peels 🤞🏼 Glad the big shots worked out in the end and it was a relatively simple fix. At least we still have cameras like the big wide for instax once all this film is officially extinct
Watching your Videos about those old Vintage cameras makes me realize how comfortable it has become to shoot on a digital camera❤
🤍
peel a-part film is so special its such a shame is not produced anymore
such a shame!
saw this on tiktok and thought it was such a sick idea. I love the way the peel film looked (especially the B&W expired ones). I hope a company sees this as an opportunity to bring back this style of shooting with a slightly easier and more modern camera 😂. You killed it tho fr 🔥🔥
agreed agreed and agreed! thanks for watching the long form!!
I love the fact that these videos always come out exactly as I take my lunch break but even more seeing the photos each and Everytime are so inspiring and it's such a push to keep going to hopefully one day be as good as linus 👍🏽
what'd you have for lunch today??
@@linusandhiscamera I hat some rotisserie chicken with white rice and Japanese barbecue sauce for some flavor 😁 oh and some cantaloupe👍🏽
you’re the man Linus. great work. huge inspiration
getting those kinda reactions from artists is the dream
Don’t know how I got here but glad I did, earned a new sub outta me. This was epic, every photo looks like an album cover. Would love to see something like this as a “battle” between two photographers one on Insta and one on digital
welcome to the channel! and thanks for the rec love that idea
It was so dope meeting you and seeing you work 🙌
They need to bring this format back!
they rlly do
this is absolutely incredible! what a monumental opportunity, and you absolutely seized it! fantastic as always
thank you so much!!
bia always ready and always delivers
always!
Yatchy shot was amazing
more videos like this, please!
got you!!
throwing out flash after 4 pictures is wild
Congrats! You, Nance, Joe did a fab job! I'm glad it was so fun and the weather cooperated this year for Dreamville!
thank you mumma
dude linus, you don’t miss. Theese videos are great, and always keep me coming back and entirely entertained!
love to hear it!! thanks for watching!
Instant is so not my jam; it would jam💯 and my anxiety would 💣☢️
But man I love every vid u post; u just take the job and run with it. Love how humble and gentle you are, and you always centre the good result round the subject which is so damn sweet.
It’d be easy to watch this vid and come away thinking “that wasn’t hard”, but yeah I’ve watched you put in the work, the miles of film you’ve shot, pushing yourself and your kit to learn what does and doesn’t work, so on a gig like this you’ve given yourself the best chance to nail it with unknown kit and stock.
Love it. And if anyone bitches about the orientation of some of the vid, dammit they don’t deserve you.
haha damn dude i love this comment. thank you so much!
Cool pictures. I love them!
thank you!!
These photos are stunning! I think the slightly off centre photos are my favourite! Well done for an amazing shoot
aw thank you!
What an insane experience!!
right??
Past month I've watched all the videos from you channel man. It deffo inspired me heaps. All the love!
aw man i'm glad you're here!! thank you for watching
Really hope this leads to some studio sessions with the artist in the near future 👀🔮
oh you can almost bet on it. make so many great connections.
@@linusandhiscamera brother I'll be here as soon as it drops 🙏🏽
no like i totally loved this type of video and they way you used the iphone video footage worked perfectly!! these turned out amazing i want to shoot on FP so bad 😭
you’re so talented!!!!!! love the content
These photos are so so good. Your consistency is crazy
thank you so so much!!
Man, that's a format I'll never shoot but it's so cool seeing it used like this!
(as much as the packs at brooklyn film camera beckoned me last time I was in there lol)
it’s beautiful but the price is hard to justify fr
Straight Fire !!!
thank you breh
I’m from Scotland and have no idea who any of those artists were but the shots were awesome!
thank you!!
this is so dope! 🔥i did something similar with some instax square at head in the clouds last year
omfg i've always wanted to go to that festival!! hope it went well
Peel apart film is the coolest film I’ve ever seen! I don’t do film, but I follow lots of film photographers. This stuff is so cool! It’s like Instax or Polaroid but with nice quality! (Insrax and Polaroid looks fun to me, but the ugly image quality puts me off.)
right?? it’s so cool
This is so dope! Linus playing on hard mode and locking in
my dawg thank you
SUCH A FIRE VIDEO WTFFF
thank you!!
a little disappointed by no shots of j cole, but every shot you took was so dope! They need you to be doin this at more festivals
you should know that if i got clearance to photograph him i would have!
@@linusandhiscamera you still killed it with the clearance you got 💪
No idea who any of these people are but you did a fantastic job!
haha! thank you
proud of you!
This is dope! I want to see what you did with the instax film!
i shot an event for the fans! didn’t get any footage tho
MOM LINUS UPLOADED A NEW VIDEO!!
YAYYY 🥳

I never heard of any of these artists, I am so old omg haha
hahahaha
Thanks a lot Linus now I’m going to spend this months rent on some sx-70 film
YAYYYY
Crushed it!
thank you!!
All of the shots are SO dope!
thank you!!
The subject is a bit of a vanity but this format is awesome !
Fantastic video and very cool gig! I love the concept of covering an event with instant photography.
I really like the honest way you share your experiences!
When are we going to see a collab between you and Ben of BFC? 😁
hopefully soon!
Let's fkn go bro!
my dawgggg
DAMN! I'm in love with the result!!! Amazing work :)
Andy Warhol was wicked into that Big Shot
i knowww! his images were so good
@@linusandhiscamera Your shots were so good too, I literally don't care about any of these artists but enjoyed their photos you took
mannnn you snapped beyond belief
WE snapped
I love your content, it’s so original and interesting
thank you so much for watching!!
That was sick
They dont make these Polaroids like that no more; very sharp and contrasty.
Those today are soft AF.
yea fr it's so sad
lets go Linus
my bro
This is dope
thank you!
this is epic
thank you!
Fire results!
thank you so much!!
Sick stuff man so cool, congrats bro
Fire bro

my DAWG
key glock!!!
yerrr
I have no idea who any of these people are and I hate everything about modern hip hop culture but these are some cool shots.
Nice photoshop on the photo at 8:45 ;)
thanks lmaoooo
What font did you use in your videos? I'm very curious about it.
newake!
@@linusandhiscamera Oh thank you!
Hey Linus, what do you use to scan the photos? Do you keep the negative?
you scan the polaroid with a normal scanner! and yes, i keep the negative
why you didnt mention the retouching you did in the Rae photo?
i forgot to mention it lol
If your making your money back on posting this video using that film they great buy some more.
How do you trust the source when buying them
interesting i have no ideia who this people are. yet, they are famous
just because you don’t know who they aren’t doesn’t mean they’re not famous, i’ve known and listened to many of these artists for years
@linusandhiscamera yes. As i said. They are famous.
But I don't live in the US
Maybe that's why I don't know who they are.
Back in the day, almost all us celebrity's were world famous.
Now, not so much
Great pictures no idea who any of them are lol
Is like you h8 money
Such beautiful portraiture!
Question.. is the focusing on the Instant press similar to the mamiya RB with the bellows etc? And how expired was the FP100c you shot? 2018?
you’re looking through a rangefinder that has a split image focusing patch, it’s super different. the viewfinder is so far off to the left of the lens that framing is very off and difficult. it’s something else fr, and i think it was 2016 expiration that i’d had in my fridge for years
Beautiful Work bro and thanks so so much for getting back to me Man! I’m so scared to mess up with these. I’m really thinking of just going the possitive film to fp100c route 🤣
I love that the artists, who presumably aren't photography nerds, are still super impressed with the peel apart film
in a industry where they're constantly being photographed on big digital cameras with a flash this is such a breath of fresh air
For future reference-- most people just replace the spreader bars in the Polaroid Big Shot with the standard rollers that come in other packfilm cameras and backs. They swap right out and then you don't have to worry about jams or problems pulling the film out.
I have a mamiya universal at home, i think it has rollers. thanks for the tip!
Yeah, there are some cheap Polaroid cameras that have them or any of the film backs with the wire clip or plastic clip have the same rollers.
@@monodistortiondamn I’ve tried to swap these so many times and the camera wouldn’t close and I just tried it again and it looks like I was just not seating them in the right way! This is a game changer
@@hellothisiskyle Oh wow, glad I could help! I bought mine on Craigslist and it came with a bunch of MagiCubes and the rollers already in it.
8:45 Cant believe you edited out the man in the background. so much for film being a medium of the moment
lmfaooooooo the moment wasn't supposed to have him in it
Did you keep the backing to turn them into negatives? I got some gorgeous scans from some FP100C back in the day.
never done it but kept them all for a video!!
Love this! One of my main avenues of work is festival photography and I know the pressure of shooting portraits backstage and only having a limited amount of time, so even more props to you for doing so not only on film but on such an experimental (and expensive) medium. All the shots are beaut!
god damn dude, that shot of bia and the one of JID go crazy, SO SO SO sick
thank you SHRMY!!!
do you still have the film part of the prints?
you can use bleach to remove the black and make a negative
gonna make a video on doing that!
I don't know any of the artists but the pictures were so good! This video was awesome.
thank you so much!!
saw the camera on IG then heard the prices of the film packs and said nvm i don’t want it anymore 😂
it's so sad man hahaha
this must become popular again…
it has to pls fujifilm
they need to bring these films back soo bad
fr
hot tip if you are planning to keep using the big shot. You can replace the 'spreader' mechanism with any roller system youd normally find on the 600se backs, you get a 600se back and pop just the rollers out and they fit perfect into the big shot. I replaced mine with rollers and dont get jam issues anymore
I have some rollers at home in LA! thank you for the tip!
@@linusandhiscamera no problems! Those spreaders are rubbish and I lost a few packs to them too! Also so much easier cleaning the rollers.
do more vids like this pleaseeee !!!!!
i will!
Great video! Thank you!
thank you!!
im glad yo ass made a youtube video!! it was dope to meet ya bro
great meeting you too!
this is so so sick
thank you george!
another banger video
You already know
Seeing you grow as an artist & evolve in your craft is truly inspiring. Keep growing & creating can’t wait to see more 😭🔥 FIRE !!!
aw thank you for being here!!
I love this. I have like 17 packs in my freezer... each time that I use FP-100c, I can't believe that this stuff is discontinued.
i wish i had any amount close to that, i’ve got a ton of upcoming work that requires the film so it’s gonna be a pricey couple months
@@linusandhiscamera I bought a bunch back around 2010 because I got a contact 645 . It seems like a waste so I just kept it until I got a land camera. And I just got a land 180 but the rangefinders messed up so I haven't tried it yet
@@linusandhiscamera wait you kept in wash your negatives right?
@@revaaron well enjoy it when you start to use it!
The Shots are so fire! 🔥
thank you so much!
Bop it! Twist it! PEEL IT! so awesome.
6:57 FP-100B?
yes! i misspoke lol
Great work man, you are inspiring people like me. Awesome job. I have to ask... how long takes the frames to develop... I have been trying to do this with a Polaroid camera in social events like weddings, but I want the delivery right at the moment while people are dancing or having a good time. By the way, I am here cause I watch this reel on Instagram. Cheers dude. Congrats again 👏🏻
Sheeshhh
my dawg
Love the new lil subscribe page you added with the Nintendo sound
its so cool to see them get so excited about the images... I guess the peel apart magic affects us all
You took some amazing pictures wow it shows it doesn’t matter what kind of camera you shoot with to take amazing images
appreciate you!!
All hits
dream job man bros made it! wonderful photos too!
Thanks so much!
